yep, looks like the virus may of been here since late last year, which throws all the models off

if Trump was not so against testing because he thought rising numbers maybe him look stupid after his 15 going on zero chants, we may have learned these facts earlier - who knows

this is just like Trump's weather gaff, he just can't admit he was wrong and move on, he has to double down regardless how bad it hurts others or this economy - it's all about Trump in Trump's mind, he is the only victim in his mind

Close your eyes and envision a million new cases a day. Then tell me the country would still be functioning.

Well, I could refer you to the statement from the CDC that states the antibody tests may be wrong 50% of the time. But I won't.

    hmm

are you part of the social-distancing/lockdowns/masking-up group who make the claim that it would have been 1 million per day had we not taken those unsupported measures? If you are, on what opposing facts do you base the "success"? The answer is that you can't much like I cannot provide any facts to support that just muddling along would not have been much different. Nether side can prove their assertion

Also, do you think only those who have been tested were the only ones to have become infected?

and it could have been covid, seems this administration might have got the start date wrong

Many states could already have herd immunity - only testing can confirm this

I posted that link and info 3 days ago on here.

Just proves exactly why this shutdown was utter rubbish. All the cries and whines of the left about the number of infected and how this was spreading and we all needed to lock down!!! It had already spread...

Did you see the info I posted earlier where way way back in March 1/7 in NYC had this virus? Wanna guess why no one knew? Cause it hardly effects anyone when they get it. So no need to lock down everyone and kill the economy.

The lefties on here, and yeah you were one of them, were trying to sell the high infection rate high death rate garbage months ago. It was untrue then and it’s untrue now. You can not have a high infection rate and a high death rate with the number of dead we have. We know the infection rate is high, no one disputes that.

Thus the only logical conclusion is the death rate is extremely low no Matter how much that conflicts with your narrative.

It’s OK to admit you were wrong about this virus, in fact you should be happy you were. Odd that you seem to still want it to be worse than it is....

Is that what you imagine when you close your eyes?

When I close my eyes and make up a fantasy world it involves rivers of Irish whiskey and semi clothed hot chicks along the banks of them. Not made up numbers without a ounce of factual support for them...

    “this administration ”

You including the media and experts you have been idolizing for months in that or just Trump?

But at least you are coming around to see the truth. :)

I wish I were wrong about it, but I'm not.
Are you unaware that even after the shutdown the death rate is still around 550 a day.
200,000 a year. Is that low to you?
You don't think it could have easily been 4 times as high without the shut down? Because it was that high before the shutdown.

I'd like to suggest renaming it Smollett-19.

And a portion of that number were labeled Covid deaths based on coding that allowed them to assume a death was Covid without verifying it, as well as allowing them to call it a Covid death when they died of strokes or other conditions that actually killed them.

That 100k is the MOST permissible figure possible without just marking ALL deaths as "Covid related".

    How many?

How many of the 100,000 recorded deaths were erroneously recorded as COVID deaths?

25 million total people in Aussie land, and 30 something million in Canada.

Well over 300 million in the US with way more cities.

    Are you a numbers person?

I don't know, but there is a monetary enticement to categorize a death as "covid related". Hospitals that aren't allowed to work on anything besides Covid are forced to classify anyone they treat as "covid related".

There is one MAJOR reason we KNOW Covid is not as deadly as the flu.

It has not killed a fraction of the people the flu kills in the 3rd world every year.

If Covid were more deadly than the flu, it would have killed more people than the flu. It didn't. Not even close.

Funny how the states with the highest death rates had more stringent stay at home and closure requirements than the states with the lowest death rates.

Well if it was COVID, then I have unimpeachable victimhood status, and you can't contradict anything I say or you hate science or somesuch.

You inadvertently made a valid point in your last sentence.

    Ah!

    You don’t know.........

Can you tell me how much that “money enticement” is and would it be worth an MD losing their licence over?

While you are pondering numbers can you explain why so many medical officers suddenly decided to become dishonest and defraud the government?
