Cell phone records appear to show more perjury from Fani Willis and Nathan Wade

I'm being generous when I say the records "appear" to show more perjury.

Background: Fani Willis and Nathan Wade have claimed in filings with the court that their relationship didn't start until after she hired him. Fani's college friend testified under oath that their relationship began much earlier. Wade's law firm partner claimed he couldn't disclose when Fani and Wade's relationship began because Wade made a false claim of privileged information. Wade then had amnesia on the stand and couldn't remember when they engaged in relations. When Fani was on the stand, she testified that their relationship didn't start until after she hired him in 2022. Fani Willis also made extrajudicial comments about when their relationship began in an effort to persuade the public opinion and future jury pool. They also made claims about Wade's visits to her condo. Wade also said any phone records that he was in the neighborhood of her condo during that time that the phone records would be wrong, lol.

New Info: The defense has obtained cell phone records contradicting their testimony. We now know over 11 months in 2021, the two called each other 2,000 times, which is about 6 times per day. they also texted each other 21,000 times, which is about 65 times per day or roughly 4 times per hour, assuming they sleep eight hours per day. Additionally, cell phone geofencing data shows Wade went to Fani's condo at least 35 times before their relationship started, including instances where Fani would call Wade late at night (10:00 - 11:30 PM), and he would stay on the phone the entire drive to her condo. He would then leave in the middle of the night (3:30 - 5:00 AM). These Fani booty calls contradict their sworn testimony.

Wade is now trying to prevent his friend's text messages from 2021 from coming out. As a reminder, Wade filed for divorce the day after Fani offered him the contract to work under her in the office rather than under her in the condo (giggity).

At this point, it seems pretty evident that they have both committed multiple felonies to keep this prosecution of her political rival going. Imagine being a defendant in Fulton County and being prosecuted for a misdemeanor while the DA and a special prosecutor in her office are out in public blatantly committing perjury, a felony.

Big Fani and Wade went to the WH prior.... when are they going to look into that... there may well be phone records and emails showing the WH colluding with her..

The coverup will always carry10 times the blowback of the original sin.

If wade and willis had simply said, from the start, that the relationship had no impact on williss decision to hire wade, it is doubtful they'd been put under oath.

If they hadn't been breaking the law, they wouldn't have had to break more laws to cover it up.

She didn't turn out to be a smart cookie...lol

Both of them are nothing but lying parasites milking the system and trying to make a name for themself.

They made a name for themselves all right but it's not quite the way they thought it would be.
But these are the people that Democrats lionize

I still don’t understand how that woman received a law degree and passed the bar. Who pulled strings to hand over that degree. It’s just not possible. She sounds like pure ghetto trash. I’ve NEVER met a person in real life that sounds and talks like that who isn’t a complete moron. Sadly I’m seeing more of this where I even work where we used to be VERY picky. Now I’m seeing long nails and bad dye jobs and ink where it should never be in a corporate professional office. ASTOunding.

Affirmative Action is such a curse on society.

Why do some whites say this when whites have been the ones getting the preferences? You say where you work used to be picky, no, where you worked practiced racial discrimination. You guys are going to be really sad when Willis is retained because none of this has any bearings on the evidence.

White racism has been the curse on this society.

I was not aware that long nails, bad hair dye and bad speaking skills was a racial thing. You might want to tell these people...

She's lied under oath (and they have the receipts) so she faces at the least, disbarment, and also possibly criminal charges. How do you figure she's going to be "retained' and what does any of that have to do with white racism?

Just remember, at the beginning of this hearing the judge said that even the appearance of inappropriate behavior would be grounds for him to act.

The charges are related to the so-called evidence. The qualification of the prosecutors has to do with their ethical conduct and appearance of bias. Lying repeatedly while under oath in order to continue prosecuting your political rivals is generally frowned upon. But sure, complaining about white people makes sense.

When a white person makes a comment about Affirmative Action that is what you're going to get. And you talk about ethics? The relationship Willis had with Wade did not make Trump call the secretary of state in Georgia asking him to find votes. It's on tape and that is just one of several phone calls. So this is just a delay tactic that you have blown out of context that changes nothing.

This is about the start of their relationship. I don't remember the first day I started dating my wife, so I can see how they might not remember this either. This is irrelevant.

You're really exaggerating this. It is not a felony to date.

It's a felony to lie under oath to the Court.

'Hoo-Boy: Cell Phone Data Shows That Wade Made Thirty Five Trips to Fani Willis' Home Snizzedence, Including Multiple Late-Night Visits Booty Calls Before They Admit Their Relationship Began'

    https://ace.mu.nu/archives/408495.php

'And remember, they said this under oath. This is perjury from the "Officers of the Court" currently prosecuting other people for perjury. Also note that the defendants' lawyers got Wade to specify how many trips to Fani Willis' Love Shack he had made before he was hired. He said a few, then was prodded into specifying that it was "less than ten."'

'35 is not less than ten and it's not close enough to claim a lapse in memory to cover.'

    The Atlanta Journal-Constitution:

'Wade arrived late at night at the condo and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.'

'Both Wade and Willis testified last week that they did not spend the night together at the Hapeville condo.'

'In court, Wade was somewhat ambiguous and evasive when asked when their sexual relationship started, but Willis was far more direct. She insisted that they had a collegial relationship and nothing more prior to November 2021, when she hired Wade, and that they had never spent any extended time together. Willis specifically denied that Wade had ever stayed overnight anywhere she resided until after his hiring.'

'What do the records show? Ahem:'

'The affidavit says Willis and Wade called each other more than 2,000 times during the first 11 months of 2021 and exchanged just less than 12,000 text messages.'

Well, it looks like it's time to demand the text of the messages.

She also admits to slipping her Lover on GA Payroll, envelopes of campaign cash.

Pretty sure that you wouldn't testify under oath that you only visited your wife only around 10 times in a years time.

Fani and Wade records and communication to the WH needs to be looked into....

Now do between James and Engoron.... and the WH
Now do between Smith and Chutkin.... and the WH

I don't believe in coincidences with this bunch...

Alleged to have made those comments. Nothing has been proven in court. These are allegations, not facts.

The amount of evidence the prosecution has doesn't give the prosecution license to break laws.

No one is above the law.

It's a felony to lie under oath.

If the relationship wasn't a big deal, then Willis and Wade wouldn't have tried to cover it up and commit perjury to do so.

oh, so if people talk before a relationship, and later have a relationship, the relationship started when they were just talking

sounds like they spent time together, talked a lot, and it eventually became sexual.... it happens

has noting to do with the Trump case though

    2,000 times in 11 months?

Willis said they only talked a few times a month.

It gives the appearance that she and Wade were lying.

She also said he never stayed over at her crib in 2021. That looks like a lie, too.

Their lying under oath has everything to do with the case.
