Look, I am no birther, I was just addressing the statement of fact. "Diplomatic immunity" passed to the child of a diplomat means that they are, in fact, NOT within our jurisdiction. I was not addressing the British National Act, though treaties ALSO apply under the constitution, from which that article... 3 I think... could arguably apply.

Nothing is going to happen, Obama will not be found to be ineligible, and none of the particulars in the challenge will even get five minutes in any court in New Hampshire or anywhere else in the country....

It doesn't matter who requests a hearing, or who signs what, nobody in the world is ever found to have the right "standing" in order to challenge anything about Obama's birthplace, his weird Connecticut Social Security number, his weird Selective Service Registration, or anything else.

The only thing anyone can do at this point is to commit every ounce of determination to voting this anti-Constitution, un-American, autocratic Socialist pestilence out of the White House next November.! We can do that....

It's funny because, the fault actually will be with the left-wing if anyone ever proves this birther thing to be true. The left has fought it all the way. This is and never was a right-wing issue. This is an every American issue.

I personally would not consider myself a "birther" but, there is no doubt about it that the issue should have to be heard. There are most definetly some very questionable things in this mans life that should be visited, and not ignored or covered-up by one political group.

One guy is a currently incarcerated felon who wants to be on the ballot for President.

Another is a perennial author of threatening letters to state legislators.

And the third is a guy pissed off because they won't let him use the name "Tax Freeze" Freise on the ballot.

A person does not need to live in the state where their Social Security number is assigned. All they require is a mailing address. Can anyone from the "birther" movement state that President Obama never used a Connecticut mailing address of a friend or relative in applying for a SSN?

The complaint has already been made to the SSA and they found no impropriaties with Obama's SSN just as the Hawaii Dept of Health found no problems with Obama's birth certificate. The "birther" issues remain a complete fraud perpetuated by conservative nutcases.
