CNN was a really bad investment for AT&T. Housecleaning is now in order. Time to take out the trash.

The quality of the viewers is the problem.

Back in days of the video store, I would often look for obscure films - one's that were never popular. Those were often some of the best movies. They weren't dumbed-down like the popular movies. That's why they were never popular.

 

Tried to watch them (Morning Joe) but after 10 minutes it was waterboarding TV.

Why did people bother watching them twice? It makes no sense!

That's why Donald Trump was elected. It was the poor quality of the electorate which was the problem and Hillary Clinton quickly picked up on that, mentioning it frequently during her round the world "Suffer With Hillary Tour". It was hard not to share in her anguish.

Yes, MSNBC clips could become cult classics but only if they are very short clips. Eliminating the words "Russian" and "Collusion'" from them could take us back to the Golden Age of silent films, but in technicolor.

 

Trump should order that morning joe be viewed each morning for all terrorists.

They won't do it. The reason why they have such a big owner is so they can absorb the huge losses and still push Democratic Party propaganda. They are alright pushing Conspiracy Theory as "news" as long as the get a smidgen of an audience.

Well, putting ideology over truth has worked well for Fox and the even less scrupulous alt-right media. Seems to be a winning business strategy.

CNN could instantly boost ratings by hiring: Mark Levin, or Ben Shapiro, etc... but refuse due to ideology. They are not about business, but about propaganda and you seem to love it.

I don't think CNN is intended to make money. CNN has less than a million primetime viewers and a good portion of that is airport captives.

Rush Limbaugh, for example, speaks to 11 million listeners, daily.
