Quite the contrary. Mueller's report strongly supports obstruction of justice and because of an understanding (perhaps erroneously) that the president can't be indicted trump wasn't charged with a crime. Doesn't change the fact that the last thing trump wants is to get kicked out of the White House for fear his next house might not be Trump Towers or Mar-a-Lago.
