Yes, the link which you provided works fine, but inside the article it says:

"In this article, former GOP chairman, former Gov. Charlie Crist, and others revealed that prevention of voter fraud was not the underlying motivation behind voting restrictions; a GOP win was."

Click above on "this article" and you'll see that it's a dead link. Mr. Crist is the only Republican lawmaker who they reference. Importantly, no Republican lawmaker was actually quoted in the article.

The article quotes Graham: “All I can say is that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me, Graham told Fox News anchor Chris Wallace on Sunday."
