That's great. Of course the public's perception of safety and the actual rate of violence don't necessarily coincide. Hopefully you'll never be in a situation where two or three guys try to break into your house to kill you and your family, cause if that happens, I doubt you'll feel very safe without a gun.

You throw out a response with a subject about an object and when respectfully challenged on the veracity of your comments about another object all you can do is respond with is "This topic is about hiding guns from view when in American neighborhoods, not smoking some weed in Europe." and "You sound like a lover of guns."? I prefer you comment about the topic but I am not adverse to responding to off topic comments. I do however prefer an intellectually honest response to your topic switch when challenged on its merits. Are you up for the challenge? To answer your question, I enjoy guns, I respect guns, I am challenged by guns but I love my family, I love the idea of law abiding citizens being able to defend themselves from the evil human intent of criminal activity but I do not love inanimate objects.

OK so now we know, passing laws about guns doesn't stop gun violence even in Spain. Spain has illegal gun deaths and gun violence. I never said where I live is completely crime-free but our police can keep us safe and there is nothing like the violence against citizens that is common in the USA.
Spain. Your social demographic is NOTHING like ours. You don't have Democrat controlled cities with murder rates that shame the entire country. I'm 75% German, and 100% white, but my family first arrived as SLAVES of the English, in a debtor colony. Spain has no history of slavery. At least, not like ours. Spain has 23% unemployment overall, and 40% for people aged 25 and under. This doesn't look like a model that the U.S. needs to follow. I'll keep my guns, and I'll keep my God Given Rights, as confirmed in the United States Constitution. You can remain mired in the third world. You can trust that FREE MEN are not inclined to emulate you.

There is not even a measurable fraction of the violence of the USA where I live. The only time I even spot a policeman in my town is when one of the local banks has a delivery truck outside.
There also isn't a fraction of the freedom. How are you enjoying your gag laws over there? How about the state confiscation of houses? Welcome to your police state my friend. You've given up all of your freedom in your country to feel safe. You have it much worse than we do.
