I always used to hear my grandfather and my father say that we should get out of the UN and boot their ass out of the country. Now I'm the third generation in my family saying it. I'm not Jewish but I have nothing against Jews. But I do think we spend way too much money and attention on Israel. We need to learn to mind our own business. This country, our own country has really bad problems that have gotten a hell of a lot worse since 9/11. Could we just focus on our own country please? :flagus:

Maybe he sees Jews as white. Sees whites a colonists. His preacher for decades also openly hates Jews- Whites and America.
It was clear what he would do before he came to power, just look at his past.

Perhaps Barrack Obama really is a Muslim. That would explain a lot.

Israel has helped US more than nearly any nation in history. It always has its back, during Cold War gave them a USSR tank radar and plane as well as mass intel. Apart from tech, military support, training, Israel acts as a tool of the US in the middle east, bending Israel to its will in most cases. US only really began to support Israel after 67 when it became a power.

All fair minded countries should unite in a common interest to maintain peace and that's why, naively, the UN was born as well as the League of Nations. Both have failed but if any new forum should rise from the ashes only distinct democracies should be allowed entry. Israel would be the only member from the Middle East.

Why are you accusing Obama of being anti Israel ? Are you implying that Obama is anti Semitic?

Why is it that someone cannot disagree with the policies of Israel without being accused of anti semitism or being anti Israeli?

When the focus remains on one democracy rather than any misogynistic Muslim dominated countries than perhaps there might be some basis for these anti-Semitic charges. You may want to consider this.

its routine Israeli propaganda to accuse someone of anti-Semitism, if they disagree with the settlement enterprise.

in another forum there is a guy accusing the UN of calling Israel "Nazis".

wild and extreme hyperbole seems to be the reaction of choice lately, for the Hasbara personnel.

So if you don't hate Jews you're a victim of Habara, huh? Are 'settlements', people building homes, really the most evil thing you can find going on in this world?

Obama is clearly anti-Israel whether he is anti-semitic just look at the facts. Do a quick search on google before you deny reality.

You can attack Israel but ONLY attacking Israel and betraying all agreements between nations yes.

Why is it that people continuously openly deny Israels right to exist and support terrorism against Israeli civilians (as nearly every western nation funds) this claim is made. No you can criticize every country but this obsession with Israel is not that.
Both two past UN heads admitted bias and systematic discrimination against the only Jewish nation in the world.

Obama just allowed a resolution to pass which denies Jewish private property rights over the green line a mythical border created in an armistice agreement long gone. As a foreign atheist Jew who owns land that is the essence of discrimination based on being born a Jew.
He denied the Jews who have been a majority in the Old city long before any of us were alive have any rights. The Western Wall is occupied? What nonsense it this.

He broke Bush-Sharon agreement, Oslo, UN Res 242, American-Anglo Treaty and decades of US policy which clearly stated that the settlements are legal and the 67 line is not the end.

There are hundreds of examples of Obamas hostility towards Jews and Israel. Obama claimed Jewish money, power behind Iraq, targeting him, he went after Israeli groups through IRS. He denied Jews targeted in Paris.
    Ignored dead Rabbi in Florida.

Denying Israel the right to things clearly written in agreements which US, UK, France, Spain, Russia, China and others were all party-too, just tells Israel THERE IS NO NATION IN THE WORLD WHO HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH ISRAEL ON THE CONFLICT AND KEPT TO IT. The US was possibly the last.

So yes Obama is clearly a Jew hater and an Israel hater,

I really don't care one way or the other on the settlements. That's Israel's problem, not ours. We stick our nose into other countries business way too many times. But I'm with you, I have no problem defunding or ceasing our share of payments to the UN and moving it someplace else.

If the west bank is so important, perhaps that is where the UN should set up its new headquarters. Other places, the Gobi desert, Siberia. How about in Libya since it was so important for the UN and NATO to overthrow Qaddafi. Place the UN right in the middle of all those terrorist who use Libya as a training ground and safe heaven now.

In theory one can. In reality though, there is an enormous amount of hypocrisy and double standard when Israel is concerned..... Case in point, there had been one UN resolution on Syria, one on Iran, one on North Korea and one on Russia this year ... and 39 anti-Israel resolutions, despite the fact that Israel and the territories have been the only peaceful and quiet place in the region. This UN obsession with Israel alone should have given any unbiased and intellectually honest person a pause... Not Obama though who chose to slap the 40th totally one-sided and counter-productive resolution on Israel. Sorry but he has earned his "most anti-Israel since Carter" title fair and square.

yes, we know that its current Israeli propaganda to argue that anyone who opposes the settlements, is an anti-Semite.

Wow thought you were interested in debate seems as though you dont really care.

I have given dozens of examples of how Obama has been hostile towards Israel and the Jewish people. The large majority of Jews would agree with me.
You try to shut down debate with your claims every five minutes.

You have so far answered me in one day a number of times claiming hasbara-mossad or denying clear discrimination against Jews and Israel unlike against any other nation/state/people in the world.

This fits with the US and EU definitions of antisemitism and discrimination.

Just listen to his Cairo speech total nonsense.

He sat and listened to a preacher who openly hates Jews. This was for decades.

Again hundreds of examples just go on google. you are in denial.

In fact I'm a non-Jew but can easily recognize anti Jewish propaganda when I read it. The UN in its present form is among the worst purveyors of these hatreds and for that reason alone should be should shut down, It would be the same if any other religious group, or democracy, was constantly under attack..

Yes, that's the case exactly. Otherwise why would you be interested in people building homes, in 'disputed' territory or not?

Netanyahu said this to a joint session of Congress:

"Israel is grateful for the support of American -- of America's people and of America's presidents, from Harry Truman to Barack Obama. We appreciate all that President Obama has done for Israel."

"Some of that is widely known, like strengthening security cooperation and intelligence sharing, opposing anti-Israel resolutions at the U.N.

Some of what the president has done for Israel is less well- known. I called him in 2010 when we had the Carmel forest fire, and he immediately agreed to respond to my request for urgent aid.

In 2011, we had our embassy in Cairo under siege, and again, he provided vital assistance at the crucial moment. Or his support for more missile interceptors during our operation last summer when we took on Hamas terrorists."

"In each of those moments, I called the president, and he was there.

And some of what the president has done for Israel might never be known, because it touches on some of the most sensitive and strategic issues that arise between an American president and an Israeli prime minister.

But I know it, and I will always be grateful to President Obama for that support."
