Those immigrants that you're talking about didn't ask for political asylum. They didn't go through any legal procedures, they came here illegaly. There's a big difference.

Leaving a country because they won't let you homeschool your children is not a "legal" reason for political asylum, that is a lame excuse for these Germans wanting to be granted citizenship without going the required route that Republicans want to make sure those immigrants from Mexico go through!

The decision was overturned after the Department of Justice and after Obama is president, sued and wanted to send them back.

A German family threatened by their government even if they didn't commit any crime, are a burden for this country, according to the liberals. They shouldn't be here, you said that. But illegals from other countries, who come here to sit on welfare, some of them to sell drugs and do other similar things, you don't have a problem with that. These people didn't say they want to be granted citizenship right away, as you claim. If they do, they probably don't know the steps and procedures. They want to be granted the right to stay here, that's called legal residence. They can get citizenship later, when they follow the steps and procedures. This is about staying here, that's what they want and some Americans who know about this, support them.
