Undocumented immigrants ? HA HA ! That's a good one. Illegal aliens are neither undocumented (with all their fake IDs), or immigrants. To call an illegal alien an undocumented immigrant, is about the equivalent of calling a bank robber an informal withdrawl agent.

After you read down. you will see that Phx actually had 668 kidnapping cases but not all of them have been counted for one reason or another. you could go a simple internet search and find many reports to show the high kidnapping, and crime rates of Phx. but its much easier for you to just make statements, that its not true. even though the evidence is there.
Here are some numbers to show what Illegals cost the U.S. We have 23,626,493 illegal aliens. and I've heard #'s that reach more then 30 million. 609K of those are places other then Mexico. They have wired more then 37 billion dollars to mexico since Jan of 2006. that is 37 billion taken out of the U.S. Economy. They have wired 311 Billion to Latina America since 2001. Social services for illegal aliens have cost the U.S. 397 billion since 1996. since 1996 Illegal aliens cost the U.S. 177 billion. We have 459,442 illegal Aliens incarcerated. and since 2008 that has cost us 28 billion. we have 783K illegal aliens that have committed crimes and are now fugitives from law enforcement. and since 2002 we have had 6 million anchor babies born in the U.S. In the U.S. we have 14 Million Americans out of work. and we have 12 Million jobs taken by illegal aliens. If we sent all the illegals back home where they belong. We would have a unemployment of less then 2 million Americans. that would be a huge reduction in cost that the U.S. is paying in unemployment. and a increase in taxes from Americans going back to work and being taxes. If you figure that the 14 million Americans get 200 (low number for unemployment) we are spending 28,000,000,00 a week. in unemployment rates. now if we put Americans in all those jobs. we would be spending 2400000000 on unemployment a week. that would be 400,000,000 savings a week and 20,800,000,000 So the 100 billion that is claimed illegal aliens cost Americans each year is extremely low. since we are spending almost 21 billion (actual numbers are much higher) on unemployment just for the Jobs Americans could have but illegal Aliens have stolen. No the Politicians are to blame as well. Here and in Mexico. The Drug Cartel is to blame, for the violence they have caused in Mexico. The 30 Million Illegal aliens. who have come to the U.S. illegally could have made a huge difference in changing the country in Mexico. instead of demanding more rights while breaking the law here in the U.S. American's are at fault as well. because of the leaders we have picked have allowed this to go on for so long instead of holding our leaders accountable.
And how exactly was the ranking achieved? I'm sure that's the number of kidnappings in Phoenix, but what about those in Honduras? Colombia? other cities in Mexico? Just because they have less than Juarez, does not make them 2nd.
