    Loss after loss after loss. And these aren't 5/4 losses. Rather they are 6-3, 7-2, and an unusual string of 9-0.

    It's like this staggering fraud can't get anything right.
    When it comes to constitutional compliance, Joe Biden is a first rate dumbass. And it continues:

    If true had this been done Trump the outrage from the left would be huge and they would automatically assume Trump was guilty even if it was not true but it's Biden so they don't care. Double Standards is what they have alot of.

    Apparently the courts are keeping it in check. That's what's supposed to happen. The system is working as the Founding Fathers intended. Is that a problem?

    The problem is electing a president who would get his ass smacked down in court on so many issues but I guess you can't see that still think he ought to be packing the courts? Then he could regularly use the Constitution as toilet paper

    I think that it is past time that the courts yank back the power that the "unitary executive" has stolen from the legislative branch post 9/11. I don't care who the POTUS is.
