    You just contradicted yourself.
    It's hardly just me. Most people are aware that black academic under-performance is a problem.
    There are examples of highly successful black schools that lend credence to the view that it is at least not primarily academic ability.
    And prenatal and neonatal nutrition, lead poisoning, fetal alcohol and drug exposure, and other biochemical factors.
    Maybe not as well. But who is telling black kids these things, hhhmmmm?
    Sure. Because it is. Kids almost all have pretty much the same cultural environment these days.
    Because that would not be a scientifically credible test. How do you explain the fact that Asian kids score higher than white kids on these supposedly white-culture tests?
    Why is allegedly white-culture-biased material like English vocabulary, arithmetic and geometry, basic science, etc. familiar enough to Asian kids that they score better than white kids, but unfamiliar to black kids?

    My point was that whites are the only ppl to enact race laws, ever. This issue in China is about curbing Muslim influence, it's not race laws but religious laws. Religious laws happen everywhere all the time from the beginning of its time. If you want to discuss religious laws I'm happy to do that.

    No it too, has a strong racist element to it.. Just accept that maybe, there are some issues that one may not have a fully cogent understanding of and move on :(

    He most certainly did. You asked when non-whites had made racist laws, and he gave you examples. Maybe CRT has removed your reading comprehension? It's been known to do that.
    After you just got KOed? There's nothing to fight.
    :lol: The statement has already been backed up. Not sure what more you think needs to be said. It's not like the historical facts he identified are any sort of secret -- except, of course, to those who take CRT seriously.

    You claim CRT is not racist, and then claim that only whites make racist laws, and see no irony in your claims.

    No. That was not a "point," only a baldly false and unsupported claim. You claimed it, falsely, and your false claim has already been refuted. I'm not sure there is any clearer or simpler way to explain that to you.

    You speculated, I have primary sources for when white ppl wrote laws specifically aimed at the enslavement of anybody with black skin. It's written in Virginia laws and other southern states ibelieve.

    If you have any primary sources that prove racism I'd be glad to read and antisemism isn't racism btw
