I am not going to go point by point here.

    1. You are right. I should have said, "In management, you can't manage something if it cannot be measured. That is why quality measures are so important in today's modern management system.

    2. Again, I am focusing on the root cause, which may cause why some Blacks are underperforming. Try not to make this about Eugenics here

    3. Again, part of the root cause can range from socioeconomic factors to medical issues and everywhere in between. But what we are looking at specifically is a traditional public school. The reason why public school is looked at is that it has the least amount of resources per child compared to private schools, such as the ones you are thinking of.

    4. Your next point about prenatal and neonatal care has to do about health care. With health care, you pretty much need $$$$$$ to obtain quick diagnosis. Public hospitals who have the facilitiers are centrally located and may be difficult for some poor people to get to. The other stigma is the belief that they will owe money to the hospital and if they cannot afford to pay, they won't go until it is too late. This is about access to healthcare and something that Obama attempted to address and the Republicans doing everything they can to not make it happen. And no, I am not arguing about universal health care here. Just universal and equal access to health care Huge difference.

    5. Again, they can see it by politicians when they speak, by movies, especially the older movies, the lack of black heroes being taught in school, and so forth.

    6. No, kids do not have the same cultural environment. Depending on their ethnicity, religion, and socioeconomic background would depend on the cultural environment is.

    7. Asians have a culture that respects education to the point that it is almost practically a religion to them. They are reinforced by their immediate and extended families. Their goal, dictated by the family patriarch or matriarch, is to be a doctor an accountant, or an engineer. If that doesn't happen, then the Asian kids are disowned by their own families because they chose to go into acting or art or even become TV. But reporters. And this is completed by "saving face" for the family, so they do what their parents tell them, even if they are adults. Not so much with European Caucasian males. Once you turn 18, you are on your own, so to speak.

I am well aware of that and not disputing that. But it was not speculation. You may want to look how the Japanese treated Chinese, Koreans, and Taiwanese when they controlled the Korean Pennisula, Formosa, aka Taiwan, and parts of China. Laws were enacted to make sure that they separated the purity of the Japanese ethnicity from that of other Asians even though they were "cousins" to the Japanese. If you try to do a cursory search, your pages of fill up from an American point of view because that is the predominant point of view, But it is there and is in the history books. You just have to read Japanese history books to understand though.

Anti-semitism is ethnic racism much like Irish racism because they are catholic.

Anti semitism isn't racism because Jewish ppl are not a race. Irish prejudice is religious because Irish and English are identical genetically speaking.

The thing in China is something for you to prove, not for me to "Google". It's you that must learn mandarin to get that primary source for me.

No, you have already been informed of the historical facts that prove your claim is objectively false.
No, your claim is nothing but a cretinous and ahistorical -- and racist -- CRT fabrication baldly refuted by the facts.

    Deal with it.

OK, so it was not your reading comprehension that CRT removed, but your ability to use basic logic. Evidence that some white people have enacted racist laws -- which no one here has disputed -- is not evidence that ONLY white people have ever enacted racist laws. Clear? Until we get that point of elementary logic established, there will be no point in trying to discuss this with you because without logic, there is nothing to stop you from simply insisting that, well, black is white.
What on earth do you incorrectly imagine a "Semite" is?

There are multiple root causes, and I am not ruling anything out a priori.
Some private schools have lots of resources, others have less than public schools. IMO the question is not one of resources but of how one uses them, and the highly successful black private schools have not been especially wealthy.
My point was about prenatal and neonatal nutrition, which is almost entirely under the mother's control.
True, one important factor is that US medical monopoly privileges make health care unaffordable.
Is it a lack of black heroes being taught, or just a lack of black heroes worth teaching about?
In the USA, they all watch the same TV shows, listen to the same music, etc.
But culture is not an accident. It is created by a society according to its people's own cultural preferences and ideals. IOW, it is in some measure a matter of people's personality, attitude, and character, which are partly genetic.

My facts are acknowledged by all scholars and historians. You have provided zero rebuttals, you haven't even attempted to find another race of ppl who have enacted race laws.

Antisemitism does not refer to Arabs, who are semites, therefore antisemitism is NOT about ethnicity. Antisemism is about a religious "persecution".

My reference to "whites being the only race to enact race laws" is a perfectly reasonable observation UNTIL you can name another ppl who enacted race laws and provide primary sources to back up your supposed rebuttal.

Jews are a nationality, ethnicity, and religion all rolled up into one. But racism does incorporate ethnicity. Considering Hispanics are an ethnicity, their race can be Caucasian, Black, or even Asian, think The Philippines on that one. But it is still racism in a broader sense which includes antisemitism. Idi Amin was very antisemtic and enacted laws on such. But there were black Jews in his country that were executed, imprisoned or even driven from their home, along with all the other white folks in that country.

Irish is a nationality, not a religion. It just so happens that most Irish are Catholic and anti-Catholicism was rampant in this country since the mass immigration of Irish came in early 19th century on. We also had discrimination against Mormons, Muslims, Shinto, Buddhist, etc with those "Christian Nationalist ideals that pop up from time to time.

You said that CRT theorises that racism is a key to how and why we HAVE certain laws in this country. "HAVE" - PRESENT tense. So unless the Chinese Exclusion Act, Jim Crow Laws, the 1924 Immigration Act, the anti-Chinese immigration act of 1854 in California, and the predecessor to Jim Crow Laws are all STILL IN PLACE, then what the hell are you even talking about?

Well this is what I thought, but what I said was in reply to @Pro_Line_FL, who said that "corporations are forced to spend time and money to re-work their training material in order to avoid government putting them out of business." The government was unspecified. Any idea what the hell he might have been referring to? He gave up debating me a long time ago! :roflol:

You may have missed this from the article: "Smith said that the incident, which he called an "anomaly," is being investigated." "Smith" is Escambia County Superintendent Tim Smith, referred to in the second paragraph. https://people.com/politics/florida...ict-removes-posters-historic-black-americans/

Any examples of content from the new curriculum?

Does everyone agree on what "patriotism" is?

Misinformation. Here is the TRUTH, straight from the bill found on the Florida Senate website, and surely you agree with it:

"An individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, does not bear responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex. An individual should not be made to feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of his or her race." https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2022/148/BillText/Filed/PDF

A refined version of it is taught at some schools, even if not official as part of the syllabus. OR, CRT principles are used in school when teaching other subjects.

    What graph?

No, that is nothing a bald fabrication on your part. No responsible and credible scholar or historian claims that no one but whites have ever enacted racist laws.
The examples have already been given: Japanese, Chinese, and black African governments have all enacted race laws.

Some antisemites do include Arabs in their prejudice.
Usually. It is a misnomer for that reason.
It's not an observation but a blatantly racist assumption.
The examples have already been given. You have merely denied they have -- and insisted that the source on China be in Mandarin!
