What part of abortion is illegal is difficult to understand? But yes the government is talking of allowing lat term abortions because they, like others who have actually studied the topic know that late term abortions are nearly always done to either save the life of the mother or to end a pregnancy gone terribly wrong, where the foetus is so malformed it will never survive

Not early abortion but at some point in the pregnancy it isn't abortion and is murder. We can argue over when that point is but there's no way to say that point doesn't exist. In this country we are half way there and someone who murders a pregnant women is charged with double homacide.
Oh Gawd, you don't know about the UVVA after all this talk on abortion. The UVVA makes it possible to bring harder charges against someone who kills a woman and/or her fetus. It does NOT make the fetus a person. We have a law.....abortions aren't legal after viability, a compromise......NO one said the point didn't exist except YOU.
What about those pregnancies gone terribly horribly wrong? Babies without brain tissue babies whose skin peels off with the slightest touch. Babies whose Skeletons have frozen into a shape that will not allow growth or movement or have not formed any connections...... These sad cases are why I stand by the decisions for late terminations.

Same way you prove anything murder, evidence. As for sentencing that's for the judge to decide. Premeditated murder generally gets life in prison.
