So many people, you included, believe memes as facts. Your picture is cute and all, but doesn't represent reality. No need for expert, scientific analysis when a meme will suffice, eh? http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/05/25/AR2006052501729.html https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/ijc.29036
Nothing cute about lung cancer. Its a nasty way to go. Like I said earlier, we need an honest conversation where even the negative points are brought up, as opposed to heating the pro-drug cabal insist pot is 100% harmless. Heck, some even argue it is a wonder drug to cure all ills, and that it makes intoxicated drivers safer than sober drivers.
Holy Cheech and Chong...this is the brain of a long time marijuana smoker ! https://www.inverse.com/article/37438-long-term-marijuana-effects-brain
Please post your evidence that more people die from lung cancer due to pot v cigarettes. Anyway, it's a pretty moot point. Smoking is on the decline. When I got my medical card, it opened up a whole world of vape, tinctures, edibles, etc. I haven't smoked in quite some time. Even when I did smoke, it was the equivalent of less than a cigarette a week - smokers often smoke hundreds of cigarettes a week. It's clear you didn't even read the very short snips from the scientific findings, or you would have realized that.
I never said more people die from lung cancer due to smoking pot vs cigs. Far more people smoke cigs than pot, so the comparison is moot. The point remains that pot damages the lungs.
Read the science, or are you not a fan of the scientific method? Your gut and a meme you found are more reliable?
Pot also attracts cucarachas but evidence points to that pot smokers are just lazy and their homes become trashy, smelly and become overrun with cucarachas, rats, lice, empty Taco Bell bags and friends who flake out on their sofas.
Incorrect. These people didn't become slobs when they started smoking pot. I am curious to know what "flaking out in a sofa" is.
[QUOTE="Doofenshmirtz, post: 1070110531, member: 70377 I am curious to know what "flaking out in a sofa" is.[/QUOTE] When one can no longer participate in the social activities with his friends or her peers, and willingly removes themselves from the group activity or forfeits the activity without an amicable agreement because he's "stoned immaculate" and instead crashes out on the sofa hoping someone ordered a pizza.
to be fair, once the government regulates it... there may be the government has mandated carpet glue be added to all US cigarettes sold there are people that hate smokers and want to kill them, seeing this thread some hate people that smoke marijuana too, they did the same with alcohol once too "The US government once poisoned alcohol to get people to stop drinking" https://www.vox.com/2014/8/8/5975605/alcohol-prohibition-poison "Carpet glue “speed bumps” make smoking even MORE toxic and LESS safe!" https://www.newstarget.com/2016-04-...ke-smoking-even-more-toxic-and-less-safe.html
No responsible parent would leave addictive drugs in the home or use those drugs in front of childrens
I am not arrogant enough to think I am qualified to set age restrictions for drugs, alcohol or guns. However, if it were up to me, I would set all three higher. Few 18 year olds are mature enough to understand the responsibilities that come with these items. Most 18 year olds are simply looking for a thrill. The biggest problem with pro choice is the one with the most to lose has no choice. I think the government should protect the innocent. Who is more innocent than an unborn baby?
Well it does seem to have a protective effect from COPD and lung cancers too. Don't confuse it with the nicotine containing stuff by analogy. It doesn't hold up to population studies. Less COPD and less malignancies too. And less diabetes. Moi And Coffee to protect my liver from all those tequila shooters. And Tequila shooters to lower my heart disease risks. Now, how to stop aging? FREE Meng Wanzhou!
the age one can join the military should be considered the legal age of being an adult so you want a nanny state that chooses for you... that takes away your choice... be it guns, alcohol, marijuana, having babies..... ect.... got it
Debunked! https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cigarettes-marijuana-tar/ Failure to factor in that Tobacco is smoked far more FREQUENTLY than Pot effectively NEGATES the difference in the amount of tar. Someone would need to smoke 5 joints a day in order to match that of the ordinary Pack-A-Day habit.
So can we assume that you only read what confirmed your original bias and ignored everything else that caused cognitive dissonance?
