    FACT;

"The Hennepin County medical examiner's office, however, said Floyd experienced cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by the officer. The county autopsy said Floyd had "other significant conditions" including "arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; [and] recent methamphetamine use." The office had not previously released the findings pending toxicology reports."

Yes, we know the answer: he killed him.

I haven't been trained in this particular technique. I have some training in restraint techniques but not related to police work.

The technique is just fine, unless someone is experiencing heart failure due to health/drug use. same thing could have happened doing the mata leon, done thousands of times per day in schools in every city.

Of course I can. It comes with footnotes. You claiming it's "often misleading, incomplete, or just plain wrong"... is based on what?
    Source it.

And because of that, both medical examiner call it a murder and not some suicide by overdosis. Stick to facts.

Chauvin used a technique he'd been trained in, he did nothing wrong, the Chief is just desperately trying to shift the blame.

Different coroners have said different things, if he had not taken his drugs overdose he would not have died so it's his own fault,

Really? Which "corners" are those? The Chief is just trying to shift the blame. Come on, you know the facts, the CORONERS disagree but all agree Floyd's overdose and health problems were the major factor.
Just the facts man. And the facts say Chauvin is innocent and is being railroaded to appease black rioters.

Manslaughter, he'll get the full sentence but be out in a third of the time with the blue safety net waiting for him.

Riots happen because thugs like to find an excuse to loot and destroy.

Yes, to restrain him whilst he resisted arrest. Chauvin didn't kill anyone, Floyd killed himself.

He did not call it murder. at least try to try.

oh look here's floyd, loser that he was, in 2019 fighting the cops and lying and eating pills to attempt to avoid jail!

“The similarities are incredible. The exact same behavior in two incidents, almost one year apart,” Nelson said.

Paramedics who examined Floyd in 2019 warned him that his blood pressure was dangerously high, putting him at risk for a heart attack or stroke, and took him to a hospital for examination. In the first arrest, several opioid pills and cocaine were found. Nelson argued that shows Floyd knew that swallowing drugs might result in going to the hospital rather than jail. https://apnews.com/article/lawyer-e...flyod-arrest-e2c0d37026319a1987cdca47b93b33a0

Not with me. I will always dismiss Wikipedia with prejudice if you ever attempt to use it as a source with me.

So does this very post of mine. (see below)

Reading the articles that are on Wikipedia about various subject matter (especially subject matter that is political in nature or is science/religion related).

    I already did.

Floyd was in handcuffs when he escaped from the police car.

With the drugs in hi system the amazing thing is he could still fight the cops.

Chauvin is innocent until proven guilty in court.

No. It's going to begin. If Chauvin is acquitted, a riot may break out.

Correct. So we need not expect some riot.

Give me a good reason why Chauvin should be acquitted.

He is innocent until proven guilty. And in many cases the guilty are deemed innocent by later evidence.
