I think the meat of the bill is more about giving parents power to insure they can stay informed as to what's happening with their children at schools. And considering the outrage from the many blue haired verified teachers on tiktok...I would say it's needed.

This teacher tell very young students doctors "guess" what is the sex of the just born baby. This teacher needs to be fired.

What is more accurate, the typed words or a video of the person actually speaking the words? Which one gives more context?

FFS man. YES, the WORLD shutdown due to Covid. But you conveniently leave out that the US economy was tanking in ALL sectors. You also leave out that US oil sells on the world markets at prices set by OPEC. They do that because they can make more money on the world markets per barrel, then they can by competing in the USA. The US oil companies wanted it that way so they could make more money, then when covid hit EVERY country had lockdowns and demand tanked, supply increased and the prices dropped. So now you and yours seem to be in denial of something you have championed, yet now deny its effects when it works the other way.

YES, we could be "energy independent", I agree. But we never will be because US oil companies make more on the world markets than they do in the US so they wont sell exclusively on the US markets.

Keystone XL pipeline had ZERO effect on gas prices because:
1. It is not US oil, it is oil owned by Canadian companies
2. The XL is a shortcut to the existing pipeline
3. The existing pipeline never stopped moving oil the entire time.

Biden stopped new leases:
New leases were never required. There are currently over 9000 ACTIVE leases that have never been drilled on

So now the right doesn't believe in Supply and Demand because denying it exists is a good political hammer

Prices wil adjust both ways, just like they did during the pandemic. But hey, why not use that political hammer while you can and only use it on the other side, and not on your self.

Their "study" makes claims about policy and the increased prices, yet leaves out that in jan-feb of 2021 was when lockdowns started to release, and with that demand went thru the roof, thus prices started to raise. Gas prices were up, again because of WORLD supply/demand, which then drove up prices of everything since the US doesn't manufacture anything anymore. Republicans have championed that offshoring because it helped the bottom line driving costs to manufacture down because they could get third world labor and keep prices high, thus higher margins, more money at the top.

THAT pent up consumption was to be expected and DID drive prices up. Damn that supply and demand thing. But that had very little to do with stimulus money, and a lot to do with money saved from the previous 2 years when they could not spend.

 

It had to do with the money that was being shovlved out to them especially after it was no longer necessary as was warned before it was. And go back and reformat the rest of your response.
