We generally advocate that those standing in loco parentis of the children (ie teachers and admins) be armed so they can stop the massacre at point of sale as it were.

Gun control is predicated on the fact that a woman raped and strangled with her pantyhose is somehow morally superior to that same woman explaining to a cop how her would-be racist got that bullet hole in his temple.

 

seems to me his solution to preventing rape is castration-after all if you don't do that, someone may rape someone in the future.

 

There are many ways to prevent rape... Concealed Carry, pug ugliness, consent... lots of options

 

Yeah I know but he seems to think guns should be banned before someone can misuse them-which is idiotic because those most likely to use a gun ILLEGALLY are those who are LEAST LIKELY to obey a GUN ban

 

For the record, if you're talking about me, I have not actually said I think guns should be banned.

As for preventing rape, for the most part it is about the very challenging job of working on the male psyche. One starting point might be if Donald Trump reversed his position that it is acceptable to grab a woman by the *****.

I know; But, every now and then I think the punishment for certain crimes should be equal to the pain inflicted by the crime, particularly when I think of crimes against children.

 

The great thing about the death penalty is you can bring people back to life if it turns out they were innocent.

we’re I to come across a child molestation in progress, I would likely end up on death row; a trade I would probably make ( I don’t believe in hell), I am all about the first execution in ‘The Law Abiding Citizen’.

 

I was a very small boy for my age.
On three pre puberty separate occasions I was 'attacked' by individual male creeps.
I was horrified and scared but somehow managed to wriggle free and run before it got really bad, although on one specific occasion it was a nasty close run thing.
I wouldn't want the death penalty invading my psyche as a result, but the one thing I can say more than fifty years later is that I can still remember those three attacks in quite a bit of detail, more than other things that I experienced at a young age.
It has made me realise that especially for women (of any age) society should never try to downplay the trauma of such experiences. I don't think my attacks made any material difference to my life, but they planted memories I wish I didn't have.
I never told anybody at the time because I was ashamed and felt it was all somehow my fault.

 

I don't see someone who kills a chester caught in the act getting even a murder one rap.
