Ok. I understand your question. But if you talk about "minimum", it doesn't even have to be illegal to be impeachable. Any form of abuse of power is impeachable (illegal or not). But that "minimum" was long ago surpassed by Trump, who has actually committed real crimes.

Trump's call was perfect. There is nothing there. Adam Schiff (shifty) lied to the American people and mischaracterized what Trump actually said. Shifty Schiff did not realize that the WH would release the transcript of the call so soon, and that really put a wrench in the gears of their diabolical scheme to remove Trump from office. Nevertheless, they must continue with the plan, even if it ends up backfiring in the democrats faces (and it's already starting)
