Do you think the Seth Rich murder should be investigated?

The main stream media is ignoring the Seth Rich murder case because Seth's alleged leak of DNC emails to Wikileaks doesn't support their narrative of Russian hacking. But isn't anybody just plain curious about it? The dude was murdered and there is a very strong push from the Left to say the case is closed. How can they say an unsolved murder is closed?

 

It has been and is being investigated. The family has requested that you stop using their dead son as a narrative.

Who's saying the case is closed, exactly? It's possible to want justice for the victim and his family while pointing out how stupid the conspiracy theories about the murder are.

Political partisanship should have no impact on whether or not a case is investigated; I don't see why the family gets to decide, especially since they are likely making their decision from a partisan viewpoint.

If it exists, I too would like to see that proof. So far everything presented has been proven false or unreliable. In the meantime maybe we shouldn't let a young man's tragic death turn into a suspicion of wrong doing on his part.

 

The left has NOT said the Seth Rich case is closed because it isn't .. The MPD has not closed the case and there's a reward of $130,000.

 

Seth's parents are furious that his death is being used as a political football. .. and IMO that is disgusting.

 

If assange came forward and said "Seth was definitely the source" then absolutely yes...

otherwise, just another dead guy.

 

No Assange didn't say that.. He IMPLIED that Seth Rich might have been the source.

 

More likely than not they are making their decision with their family in mind, not partisanship.

The people who are making decisions from partisan viewpoint couldn't care less about the person or that he was murdered, but whether this incident can be used for political purposes.

Well hitherto all investigations under the Obama administration have been a sham and the mainstream media lets them get away with it. (IRS, Benghazi, Hillary's server and emails, etc.)
So if it becomes that kind of investigation with corrupt DOJ or FBI officials and corrupt judges covering for the criminals what good is it.

So easy to dismiss any "conspiracy" because some have never been proven.

Do I think TRump Admin is covering for Obama? Heck no. But do I think there are insiders that are still heavily against Trump that will lie or cover up to bring his administration down? Yes, of course. The leaks are endless.
Do I think there are some in the GOP congress what would work against Trump on these types of matters? Absolutely. Many are cowards or enemies.

 

Of course it should be investigated further. A young man died, he was shot in the back in a "Robbery" where nothing was taken. It doesn't pass the smell test. Since the DC Police can't seem to do it, then the FBI needs to take over.
