There are issues for the Adulterer-in-Chief on multiple levels with this story. First, he cheated on Melania. Second, he paid Daniels to keep the story quiet just before the election and in so doing defrauded the American people. Third, he lied to the American people about being involved in the cover-up. Fourth, his involvement is a criminal offense...an offense for which Cohen plead guilty for his involvement.

Would any other politician survive this story in terms of being a candidate for office in the next election cycle? No. Why? Because it is an example of immoral, illegal, deceitful behavior.

But for Don it's no problem. Just as lying about disagreeing with the "send her back" chants at his rally last night is not a problem. If he disagreed with what was being said why did he stand there and let the chant play out for 15 seconds? Why not put his hand up and stop the audience? If he disagrees with the chant does he also disagree with his own tweets saying the congresswomen should go home? The tweets that started the controversy.

The evidence released today indicated the Conman-in-Chief would have been indicted along with Cohen if not for him being prez.

Nondisclosure agreements are entered into every day and they are not illegal. Trump used his own money to pay women. Those payments can only be scrutinized under election law if it can be proven that Trump only paid them because he was running for federal office. The original payments were made long before he was running. In fact, Trump won a lawsuit against Stormy for violating their nondisclosure agreement.

Michael Cohen plead guilty to non-crimes to get a deal on crimes he committed that predated his relationship with the Trump campaign. This was a tactic corrupt prosecutors use every day. In fact, Some of the Mueller crowd of corrupt prosecutors were famous for having convictions overturned for prosecutorial misconduct.
