You said, "Its primarily indigenous Chinese multinationals exploiting Africa for green tech minerals. Trying to In Afghanistan as well. Does that make it ok under CRT theory since its not the whiteys doing it?"

Again, she was talking at the UN, and the UN does have influence over international problems.

Or, are you trying to defend white supremacists in the US? Maybe I missed your intent.

    Yes, I am aware.

My intent in asking a question was to get an answer.

"Exploited" by being offered a job and paying taxes to governments that badly need the revenue. Oh, what terrible "exploitation".

    That is not the topic.

    The op posts:
In her final report as an outgoing U.N. official, Achiume wrote that the "global ecological crisis is simultaneously a racial justice crisis,” with the effects of "pollution, biodiversity loss and climate change" affecting marginalized groups.

The CO2 pollution is causing a decrease of biodiversity and among things desertification. The people who profited from being industrialized and so caused it are predominantly white nations. The people who end up having the short end of it, are predominantly black people. So yeah... seems about right that people who can end up paying for what they caused to victims.

You claim that reparations is not her topic in the first sentence of your post and admit that it is in the last.
