When Comey announced the reopening of the investigation into the Emails two weeks prior to the election he did tip the scale. Hillarybdid screw herself with that dumb assed deploribles crap and saying that she would put coal miners pout of business was really one dumb thing to say.

Comey pushed her over the edge. So yes he made Trump the POTUS.

There is no unknown issues regarding Comey or Strzok. There are unproven allegations that Comey did not pursue Hillary. Strzok did a stupid thing and sent texts to his girlfriend. There is no evidence that Strzok did not do his job despite his personal feeling about Trump.

You can go Google it and find proof that Strzok performed his duties in any way that showed prejudice in his work against Trump. You may believe itvso but show the proof!
