    And getting Osama Bin Laden,

    And set up a powerful Consumer Protection Board.

    And put at least a FEW controls on Bank Management's piratical behavior.

    Stopped Republicans from gutting Social security.

    You are correct in your astute observations, ptif219.

    And here is why, as beautifully enumerated by Professor Peabody.

    A thumb up Obama's backside......assassinating an American citizen without due process.....making sure he can do it to others and detain American citizens indefinitely.....forcing folks to buy health insurance, must be a get-rich scheme from his big insurance buddies.....making sure AIG executives got their full bonuses from U.S. tax dollar funded bailouts.....more Wall St lobbyists and insiders on his staff and advisers than any recent President I can remember......unemployment topping 9% for most of his presidency....underemployment higher than I can EVER remember....gasoline hovering near $4.00 a gallon....home foreclosures continuing without even slowing down despite Obama's efforts to slow it down.....supporting with U.S. tax dollars a Muslim Brotherhood takeover of key countries with U.S. bases in the Middle East....

    That's the record of "accomplishments" Obama has to campaign on.

    I would have to agree. After all, the mess the US is in one president can do little but sit back and watch the horror unfold.

    From what I have heard though, Ron Paul is the only man willing to make drastic cuts in spending and bring the troops home. Because of that he holds a little hope.

    We have been saying we aren't in the recovery we should have been in, one we paid $850 Trillion for. And Obama offers nothing to get us there.

    ... not much has been done about re-vamping the financial system that started the financial crisis, business as usual on Wall Street...

    ... millions of home are still in foreclosure and likely more will be added to the foreclosure crisis as people continue to lose their jobs...

    ... and because too many people already are still out of work and good paying jobs are as scarce as hen's teeth...

    ... since those outsourced jobs of the 90's and 00's aren't coming back nor are their employment taxes being paid into our economy...

    ... while the rich company owners whine and moan about havin' to pay their fair share of taxes.

    It isn't remotely 'informed'. He's quoting someone else's opinion with no commentary of his own. Then he waits for the usual suspects to show up, agree with the opinion he quoted, and then he proceeds to agree with them with the predictable 'you are indeed correct...' What a joke.

    You are mistaken, snakestretcher.

    If Obama would approve the Keystone pipeline project, we would have more crude oil available for our Houston refineries, and the price of gasoline would come down.

    The price of gasoline, like all other commodities, follows the laws of supply and demand!

    That is not what I said. I am showing Obama is stopping the recovery with his regulations. Obama only wants unions and his supporters to get help.
