    I read somewhere once that Roman Empire fell because romans used lead pipes and eventually romans pretty much got stupefied.
    Is this history repeating itself? What happened with people? Why did IQs drop in a matter of decades?

    A) What is "Floyd-20" supposed to mean?
    B) Christopher Columbus did some unspeakably horrible things to the indigenous population and he should not be celebrated.

    Columbus was a fairly despicable character who is essentially famous for getting lost.

    Though, I would think simply adding a plaque to it listing his atrocities and lack of accomplishments would better serve history and society than destroying it in a childish tantrum.

    It’s the pandemic of a variety of social justice warrior virus that seem to cause people doing funny things like cancelling Cops show and breaking statues of someone who was dead for almost 500 years now.

    Everyone knows that. But his activities caused a major change in the course of the history. Columbus never set his foot on the US soil (today’s territory). He never wronged native Americans in our territory. He served Spanish crown, Spanish mixed with locals - one can say today’s Latinos are closer to him than most of the American Whites, as not every white person on this planet is Italian or Spanish. Because of him Absolute majority of Latinos speak the same language. What’s the point of breaking the statue of him, especially in the context of “racist cops persecuting blacks”?

    Do you realize that almost everything you know about American Indians you got from Hollywood movies written by Jewish screenwriters and that just about all of the Indians were played by white actors?

    Not the case for the movie I mentioned which did not use white actors. The screenplay was written by Mel Gibson and a co-writer of Iranian heritage.
