The graph - firstly it is not of global temperatures but northern hemisphere alone - and we do know there is a correlate between temperature and solar activity - something skeptical science did say was happening until the 1970's when the correlate fell apart due to rising CO2 levels

Now FOS's interesting graph and even they cannot hide the fact that the correlates between data are wider since about 1970
