Well, seeing as she hasn't wrestled since 2012, I guess that won't be an issue. Also, WWE wrestling is hardly 'fighting', so there's that. I wish her well.

I wish her well too, but I don't wish her to start participating in FEMALE wrestling, however, since Democrats support this sort of thing, I think they should volunteer their daughters for an exhibition match against her. After all, she is a "woman".

Yep - I got your message in the OP. But as I previously stated, she resigned from the 'wrestling' entertainment industry 9 years ago. And because of the absurdity of calling it 'wrestling', I'm sure any of the Dem's daughters would be just fine in the ring.

I haven't watched WWE since it was WWF. Didn't Chyna wrestle plenty of guys? I seem to remember her and HHH in a tag match at one point. And I can't imagine anyone being okay with their kids wrestling WWE pros, regardless of gender. If you're looking for an example of a trans woman having an unfair advantage, I don't know that this is where you want to press the issue. It makes way more sense to focus at the high school and college level, but I've seen some pretty good arguments about there not really being a difference a year after starting hormone treatments.

Send "her" to the Olympics! She can be a shot putter, wrestler, power lifter... who cares about the biological women competing? They voted for this! Go America!!!!

yes Chyna wrestled guys (then again Chyna wasn't in the Women's Wrestling Federation). I probably should have used Olympic wrestling as an example instead but you can knit pick this example all day, having BIO men VS BIO women in WOMEN'S sports is NOT right

Honestly asking your opinion: what are the main advantages a trans woman might have against the rest of the field in women's sports?

    Exactly.

Talk about "Much Ado About Nothing"

And "Entertainer" (who hasn't "Wrestled" in 9 Years)?:roflol:

    Major breaking news...:bored:

I agree with your sentiment, and wish her well.

    Another good article here:

Anyway, any comment such as, "put your daughters in a street fight..." is beyond misguided.

Okay, so if a trans woman wanted to join a women's sport, you'd want to say no because she would have a strength and speed advantage. I'm not sure why you think not menstruating is an advantage, but whatever. Should any women who are both stronger and faster than that trans woman, and I guess who are taking any kind of birth control that halts their menstrual cycle, also be banned from the sport, then?

I'm well aware, but the underlying "reasoning" (being generous with that word) is pretty common and worth discussing.

It would depend on if they were stronger and faster because they trained harder or if they used medical science, such as steroids or hormones. That is considered cheating.

    You are really reaching now.
So you want to use the example of Larger women vs Smaller women? Many sports have this thing called WEIGHT DIVISIONS, so there goes that one talking point of yours down the drain.
As for Menstruation, probably not a great example. I'm gonna do something that is never done of the left, and AGREE with your take on that one.
As for biology, pound per pound Men are stronger. There body is more muscle. Stop disputing the science please. (I did not make up science, it is what it is)
Also, this is not CUT AND DRY. Women are better at some things like when it comes to stamina and endurance due to estrogen. Men have more upper body strength. Men and Women are DIFFERENT, therefore they should not be participating in each others sports unless its some sport where it doesn't matter if its unisex

Now please, just own up that biden's policy of wanting whats in the below picture is WRONG

Do the whole thing by weight classes and the problem should disappear.

I'm not sure how that rebuts my argument. There are no weight divisions in team sports. Even if we're just talking individual and weight divisions, we can measure strength and speed. If you exclude a trans woman for allegedly having the strength and speed advantages in a certain weightclass, why wouldn't you also ban every cis woman who is both stronger and faster than the trans woman?

    Good on ya!

What science did I try to dispute? On average, absolutely, men have a higher percentage of muscle mass than women. But that isn't the case individually. There are individual women who are stronger than most men of the same size and weight. So they should be banned from women's sports, right?

Again, yes, that is true when averaging people together based on gender. But we're talking about individuals. Why would you ban a trans woman from a sport for some alleged advantages she might have but not cis women who have those same advantages?

I doubt Biden watches South Park.

    1) sorry I got a tude...you responded humbly despite me having some slight attitude so thanks for that, I appreciate that
    2) you lost me a little with this "individuals" thing. I think what you are trying to say is there can be super strong women, super strong men, super strong trannies and so on. Also sure, there could be some women out there that are stronger than some men, sure I'll accept that one as well. That's A LOT of criteria to worry about and doesn't seem very practical. Men and women are different enough that they should have their OWN sports.
I don't make the rules, but in my opinion, this is what would be fair
    - Biological Women compete against Biological women
    - Biological Men compete against Biological men
    - Trans men (formerly Biological women ) compete against biological women and other Trans men
    - Trans women (formerly Biological men) compete against biological men or other Trans women

I see nothing unfair about the above.

This is one area I completely agree with the right on — y’all are just so nasty about it (I still disagree with that part)

Recent article that has perspectives and potential solutions

I fully agree that trans people should be 100% treated equally, I support them not being allowed to be discriminated against, their right to marry, choose the doctor of their choice, join the military, federal and local protections. I even support them using the restroom of their choice (— but I do not support them being given special consideration or given unfair advantages over others.

We should be pushing for equality, not special treatment.

If Republicans would frame their positions to be less... full of disgust or bigotry... they likely wouldn’t be outright ignored on this issue.
