    Leave it to Fox News to find the nearest black preacher who rails that the shooting is reflective of "rising" anti-Christian sentiment in the country...NOTHING to do with the FACT that it was a historically traditional black church in the Area and the shooter was white....in a state that STILL flies the Confederate flag.!

    And the corker for this blathering is that the Fox parrots and this preacher can't understand why "hate crime" is immediately looked at as a possible motive.

    No racism here folks, it's the anti-Christian (i.e., war on Christmas) faction that's out to git us!

    The preacher is a bastion of contradictions, and Fox News staff maintains it's rep as one of the most biased, illogical programs pretending to be "fair & balanced".

    When you realize FOX news, and other channels like MSNBC, aren't actually selling news, they're selling narratives, it all begins to make sense why they do and say the outrageous things they do on those channels.

    Never let a tragedy go to waste! Wonder what sort of pointless laws they'll try to levy against gun owners. They passed one here not long ago that makes it illegal for me to borrow my friends rifle for the day without us going to a gun store and having them conduct a background check on my. I can still go fire my own weapons in the woods, just can't borrow his. Somehow that's supposed to stop crime...

    That law didn't prevent the father from doing it.

    Laws don't prevent crime. They can only be applied after the fact.

    So, you are against gun bans then, right?

    Because banning certain firearms is no different than having the gun taken away since I can no longer purchase it.

    And that action was against the law--it is against federal law to transfer a firearm to someone that is under indictment for a felony. Hmm, even though it was against the law, it was still done......

    A lesson in liberal logic:

    Blacks make up only 13% of the US population, however, they commit over half the total murders.
    Black thugs commit the majority of those murders, yet few if any black thugs belong to the NRA.

    But lefties demonize the NRA and make excuses for the black thugs! :gun:

    Thought I would watch FOX for a change and they just interviewed the shooters friend. He said that the shooters mother had taken the gun away from him but he took it back without her knowing it. They asked why she took it away and he said because she didn't trust him with it. Asked him why he shot up the black church and he said the shooter was probably racist.

    Just heard they talked to someone that knew the shooter and said he had planned this for 6 months, he was for segregation, and wanted to start a race war.
