From article: "...new leadership moves to eliminate bloat and grapples with the fallout from earlier, ill-timed decisions."

How in the heck is that Trump's fault?????

Ha ha ha ha ha ..... he took up the task by promising that I would have a great America again but all but failures and broken promises.

Trump blamed everything on his predicesors when it was not their fault so the Lying King wants it both ways- takes credit for the good things but shuffle off he bad on others. You want to give him credit fir the slow but steady job growth he had nothing to do with you take the fault for the job loses too.

Just trying to keep your boy and his supporters honest. Notvan easy task since Trump and honest are not compatible.

Coal, natural gas, oil, wood, etc. are also renewable forms of energy (biomass fuels converted to fire/heat)

The phrase "renewable energy" was coined by loons who believed the sky was falling in 1958 thinking it would be a PC phrase that people would take the bait, hook line and sinker. Well some did take the bait.

They tried the same thing using the phrase "global freezing." That didn't work out to well. So they tried "global warming." That didn't work either so they went with "global climate change" not admitting ot more likely being low information that Earth has been going through continuous climate change for millions of years. Earth is still evolving, ever noticed all of the volcanic eruptions and earthquakes ? I'm expecting that the environmental wackos will soon be yelling that volcanoes and earthquakes are man caused.

Gov. "Moonbeam" Jerry Brown is still trying to figure out on how to tax earthquakes and volcanoes.

I'm thinking more in the line that it was Bush's fault. :D

Well it was for eight years from 2009 to 2016.

You're spewing that falsehood in a thread you made with commentary that blames Trump for these 12,000 lost jobs despite the fact that a) they aren't all American jobs, and b) the losses are very clearly indicate to be the result of the global attack on gas and coal.

You're basically building a house of bitter tears on a foundation of bullshit.

So we need more taxes and more regulations?

Doesnt that kill jobs by making things more expensive?

    It ain't so.

    Why would we be sad?

"$14.2 billion in profits in 2010, but it paid not a penny in taxes" The really don't appear to be adding to our society, why do you cry for them?

    What "and"?

Did you not notice the OP was wrong about every claim he made?

He didn't read his own article.

So once again, GE jobs lost=not all American but instead world wide, reason for it=not Trump but instead the result of a globalist attack on the energy sector.

But even if his comments weren't entirely wrong, how does your addition constitution the "and" that translates to blame being laid at Trump's feed?

Ford was the one that made the promise and then retracted it (a lie).

Trump had a good faith agreement and celebrated it like anyone who loves America would.

Leftists heard the news of American jobs and groaned, then they heard the news that America wouldn't be getting those jobs and cheered.

This is why the left lost.

Because its anti-American putrefaction spews from every news article, every forum post, every social media rant, every single orifice possible.

But they need Corporate Tax Cuts ??

What we really need is to close Tax Loop Holes for Corporations not Lower Taxes.

Republicans sold Americans a bill of goods !!!

Blame it on the tree huggers who are demanding windmills instead of gas and coal power plants

The blades of a windmill are extremely similar to blades of a turbine in fact it can be considered an air turbine. The electricity generating part of the windmill follows the same rules of physics whether the turbine blades are moved by air, water, steam or any other fluid ( air, water, gasand other pure liquids are fluids). GE could have moved into the air turbine market if they wanted.

Do you realize why GE who was not in the aircraft engine building business was along with Westinghouse ( a very very similar competitor company to GE ) one of the very early builders of Jet engines ??????
I will give you a clue! The turbines that help generate electricity share the same physics of movement that jet turbine engines do.

Some companies make the move to changing technology, changing environment, changing markets and economics some do not.

Ever hear of a company called Pratt and Whitney ?? They made piston engines for aircraft. They did not in the 1940's make turbines. Yet they where smart enough to move into jet engine production. They were smart.

If you want to avoid debating this issue on logic, honesty, and rational thought but degrade yourself by whine and spouting out emotional stupidities laced with partisan political Fecal matter then go on blame it on greenies, liberals, tree huggers, tofu eaters, progressive and I will leave you in the wind. Oh Lou's like I already have didn't I.

You want tobkame it on something real Blame It On The Bosa Nova he he he LOL!

yeah that's brilliant there let me tell you. I'm certain I'll not look into moving my company when I'm paying 3 times higher taxes than I would in Mexico. Surely most business that stay won't cut employees and wages to offset your tax increase right?

    Obama will bankrupt coal

Oh my, what a spin doctor hatchet job on Trump. GE is cutting jobs due to Obama's policy's on coal and natural gas, yet you blame Trump. You need to ask Obama about his policies from his administration and the ramifications on American jobs. We can see right through you.
