the weight of the evidence entirely indicates that is what occurred. Post the evidence that proves otherwise. That he did not wait to be injured MORE severely is not require to prove self-defense. He was taking blows to the back of his head against the concrete, that is all that matters.

Burden of proof otherwise rest with the prosecution so if you think that is provable present the evidence, that you find his injuries did not kill him or cause serious bodily injury is not proof he was not threatened with it.

It has to do with whether you can prove it was not self-defense and that while Zimmerman was having his head bashed against the concrete for 45 seconds he did not have a reasonable fear of serious bodily harm.

Had Martin simply gone inside the apartment and plopped himself on the couch and watched TV that would have REALLY smoothed the situation. But glad you admit that it had to be smoothed and the only reason was because Martin belligerentlyapproached Zimmerman and then assaulted him.

Here is what we know, the investigator testified they had no evidence to contradict Zimmerman's statements to them, so why do you claim higher knowledge that them?
