I can only say from my experience living in Germany for 7 years..... It was a blast, I found so much stupid with a Euro-pass. Yes, they went nuts but to hold the current generations accountable for atrocities of the past means we have to do the same for ourselves.

Thank you Dagmar, your beauty and kindness will always be a wonderful memory.

I don't believe for one minute that she is lying. She has experience. There is nothing wrong with her discussing her experiences. It gives us a small window into their suffering.

I have a similar experience with a dear Persian friend who was lashed in Iran for dancing, he has the scars to prove it. He was also was jailed, he mentioned that was worse than the lashes. He never explained what happened in the jail. He lives here now. He is an amazing dancer and does performances. I just hope he is not on this site and sees this. Crap, I guess should email him and let know after the fact.

Personal experiences are not tolling. It is just a different kind of information.

KSA mostly does NOT have codified law. I think they do have regulations by royal degree when it comes to contracts and such..

They depend on the Hanbali jurisprudence.

They did have a criminal code about ten years ago, but its mostly ignored.

For more than three decades, clenched-fist chants of the slogan have been shouted in well-drilled unison at Friday prayers and other public events, where the Stars and Stripes are often also set ablaze.

Death to America rallies are staples in Iran and there largest death to America rally is held annually on the anniversary of the embassy takeover:

There is NO law in KSA about gays.. because KSA doesn't have codified law concerning such matters. If you get caught having sex presumably in public, you will be jailed and lashed.

If you rape children either male or female.. you get the death penalty..

Were you talking to me? The topic is actually: Germany is the 'Most Popular Country in the World'

This was in relation to the positive influence specific countries had on the world.

I see a lot of people straying from the topic of the thread and they dont get banned, so what was your comment referring to?

Do you see the word hardliners anywhere in those articles cuz it is key to your understanding. What about the majority of people? Remember they wore green and the movement was quickly shut down by the HARDLINERS. Please pay careful attention to what you are reading. Pay attw ention to all your senses. The information presented was less than accurate, a lot less when you look more closely at an issue and really see it, you become more credible. All it took was for me to see that one word. It made all the differences. Remember when they had to pay school children and bus them in to shout those slogans.

They are not stupid, they know a lot more than we do about how we think. Soundbites, they use them wisely. Slogans, they know it instills fear in Americans. The Iranian's (governments) are master manipulators. They have not started a war over 200 years. They have no intentions to now.

Thank you.. The objective is to have a civil peaceful society.. Their justice system leans far more to the rights of the victim and community than towards the accused.

You launched an insulting, personal and off topic attack at me.. go back and look.

Have I ever said they should welcome them? It's their own business how they organize their wicked country. However I have a problem with Saudis exporting their wicked religion to Europe. I don't want any Diobandis, Salafists and Wahabis around. Medieval savages have no place in the 21st century.

Go back and look.. You mentioned my name in your attack.

Have you ever been to Germany? I have visited briefly many times... but one year we bought a car and spent 6 weeks traveling the country.. Its quite beautiful.. Some cities I liked better than others.

The food is excellent.. and Germans range from grumpy and rude to friendly.

Well quit exporting your warmongering, drug fuelled addictions on everybody who wants to think for themselves. The rest of the world dont want to be subject to your exploitative systems. It works both ways and its safe to say, you got the ball rolling.

I was based in Germany while in the USAF...surreal at times because my Dad was a WW2 veteran who survived the battle of the Ardennes bulge. I'm not sure if it's a matter of forgiving and forgetting, but you realize war's end. There's no choice but to move forward, as who has the emotional energy to carry on hatred. What does this accomplish really?

In terms of the actual German people, it's a very orderly and efficient society. More so than any other country in Europe in my experience anyway...while often regarded as "humorless" I found many Germans to be engaging, accommodating and with a friendliness for Americans. Many Germans speak basic English and aren't so demanding, say like the French, for you to adapt to their culture. Granted this was before the invasion of Iraq, after which Europe began regarding Americans with more suspicion. More recently, the U.S. military has advised the troops to not wear their uniforms when out in the general public in European countries.

INTERNATIONAL LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANS AND INTERSEX ASSOCIATION?

Yes.. they put out stuff like that.. but it has no merit..

In fact one of my classmates is very involved in that.. writes , lectures etc.. She claims she was molested and forced to live in a chicken coop... was a stripper a prostitute etc... In reality she attended the most expensive boarding school in Europe.

Yes. Try and keep it close to the topic. Did anybody actually state Saudi Arabia should be the most popular? If not there is no reason for you to be posting continually about Saudi Arabia's laws or non-laws.

I think you should take a deep breathe and sort yourself out. Your post has nothing to do with me. By the way, U.S elites and Saudi Arabia rulers are the best mates. They are in it together.

Germany is the best organized country in Europe. They pay well and their cars are the best. It makes you wonder who actually lost the WWII.

The penalty for adultery is NOT death in KSA. You might get lashes if there were four witnesses and you did it in public..

Saudis have divorce .. as well as contraception and abortion.

Hudud crimes are the most serious.
