Nasa is planning to make oxygen from the atmosphere on Mars when its next robot arrives on the mysterious red planet in 2020.

Scientists will send microbial life - possibly algae or bacteria - on the 2020 Rover mission in a bid to create air fit for human consumption.

They aim to feed the microorganisms in Martian soil in the hope that they will pump out oxygen as a byproduct.

Although we have proxy records for the era we do not have definitive indicators of GLOBAL temperatoures at the time in particular we do not have records of the temperatures at the tropics. Neither do we have reliable records of solar output during this period

How about when it was revealed that the poles on mars were also seeing melt, coinciding with out own melt? Well, it was revealed but then MSM failed to cover it, so it may as well not have been revealed.

So, if our climatologists know so much about co2 and climate change, they should be able to tell us at how many parts per million co2 needs to increase to in order to turn us into venus? And what about the ice cores which give a record of higher co2 levels without the warming? I heard a geologist mention this a few years ago, in passing, and wondered why the co2 crowd never mention it? Is it because it would throw a hand full of pubic hairs in their ice cream?

Personally, I think co2 and AGW is based on hype. That a doomsday scenerio is fabricated, in part due to the vast limitation of what we really do know about climate change and the co2 factor. Aided by a huge injection of billions of bucks, given to prove what the IPCC had assumed, before the research really began. That was the first red flag, followed by the fudging and changing of data which one should never ever see in serious research. Also, when your predictive climate models fail in prediction, then something is wrong with the model, and some assumptions were made which should not have been made. And no doubt the assumptions were favorable to co2 levels and global warming.

I also think we are a very arrogant species to think that we are so important, that we can even destroy humanity by putting co2 into the atmosphere. That trying to stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and not having to walk 50 miles to work, will bring about the end of the human race and other animals.

Of course, if you gave most people the choice between living as we do today, with all of the modern conveniences, and some climate change as opposed to living was we lived as hunters and gatherers, with no climate change, we would choose the former, not the latter. Anyways, the rich will always be very comfortable, but expect the non elites to suck it up and live a miserable life, in order that the rich can keep their lifestyles intact. For the rich deserve it, while the peons do not. Has Uncle Al Gore changed his fossil fuel use? lol

 

Creating 02 in a test tube is very very different from changing an atmosphere

However it IS possible because we know that has happened on Earth

 

Mars' atmosphere is very very thin, compared to Earth's.

That's why it has no weather, no storms, no climate whatsoever.
