Symbolically it is in our celebrations. My trees die back, my bushes die back, my vines die back then they come back in the spring with new "life". Animals hibernate and come back and birth new life.

Are you against celebrating Spring or something?

Respectfully I disagree with this. They certainly are religious holidays.

I agree with the first two sentences. If they offer this 'doodle' for Christmas, then they are not ignoring Christianity.

It's not an either/or people also have religious celebrations on those days along with the secular celebrations.

I'm an atheist, my kids and grandkids came over, had had my yard cleaned up and everything is in bloom, the birds and the squirrels are out, the grandkids hunted easter eggs including a few golden ones, we all enjoyed the coming of Springtime and no more winter days and having family time.

But as I've pointed out, they are not. I can't seem to find any doodles for Buddhists. Should they complain? Christmas is a Christian holiday, they have doodles for Christmas, so some Christians is butthurt about the lack of doodles for Easter is....ridiculous. Google can do whatever they want. Butthurt Christians can feel free to use Yahoo search engine.

False, both were stolen from pagen rituals. Easter was twisted and stolen by Christians from the festival of Eostre. Just as the bulk of Christian holidays were...

    You own google? Fascinating

Stolen is not the correct description. The Start-up religion of Christianity coopted those pagan holidays/rituals. The similarity between Eostre and
The Hebrew Ester and Easter are way too similar.

Google should just put up Bunnies and Eggs with the proper spelling "Eostere"

so ...did you support bakers getting sued for not making a cake that violated religion? Seems google should be forced to celebrate easter if we ask for it as the customer. Or do you not agree with that now?
You dont need to use google and you also dont need to buy a cake. Which position from the left was a lie?
