Be honest here. Obama came from the position of junior senator and community organizer. In what world does that equal the accomplishments of one of the world's top neurosurgeons? Carson is bright beyond belief. I don't care what anyone calls anyone, I'm just saying that those who label someone who's brought so much to medical science, "a clown," has much more in common with the label.

I won't be voting for Carson because his beliefs differ strongly from mine, but he's no clown.

I don't care about Ben Carson's skin color.

Donald Trump is a fake candidate too, and he's white.

Ben Carson is a big ego who thinks he knows everything. One thing he does know, is how to game the presidential election process for celebrity and profit.

I fully expect him to either quit as soon as he thinks he and con men in his campaign think they've made enough money, or he'll say one too many arrogant and stupid things.

He won't be President. In fact, I would seriously doubt that he'll even last as long as the New Hampshire Primary.

He's a joke of a candidate, in a field full of marginal candidates.

This is what the GOP gets for nominating a tabloid celebrity as a candidate on a major party ticket.

 

The one where people expect a would be President to have actual experience in the field in which he runs.

Being one of the world's top neurosurgeons is not qualification for running a government.

If Carson was actually serious, he's run for Senate and spend some time in government, where getting things accomplished through people and the art of persuasion are key attributes. Ironically, surgeons, as a group, are notoriously lacking in either skill.

Not that it matters, Carson won't make it through the early primaries, even if he lasts that long.

FOX News dropped Carson as a contributor. Carson's mouth is dangerous, and he trivialized slavery, that the veteran scandal is a "gift from God," that prisons created homosexuality, that marriage was created by God, called Obama a "psychopath," and compared the Founding Fathers to ISIS.

 

Truly, this business over his grades is truly irrelevant to the topic.

I agree with you.......Reasonable people realize that Reagan faced worse than Obama. Not only did GDP tank as bad but he had to deal with run away inflation and interest rates. Look at the charts again.....one economic plan worked and the other failed miserably.
