Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton To Storm Into Kentucky To Finish Off Mitch McConnell
    http://www.politicususa.com/2014/10...on-storm-kentucky-finish-mitch-mcconnell.html

I can already hear the hearty chant in Kentucky "DITCH MITCH!" as Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton make their fabulous and historic entrance.

They plan to go to different cities within Kentucky in a push to give McConnell his walking papers during this midterm election.

Two Super Stars in the political scene are welcomed by the Thousands who see and find that it is truly time to Ditch Mitch.

Ah, yes, Allison "I am not Barack Obama" Grimes. A woman who can't tell the truth and possibly one of the few Democrats who might lose to McConnell. And, help from Sen. Hillary "business doesn't make jobs" Clinton and Sen. Elizabeth "I'm an Indian" Warren, both Marxists, is certainly going to help in Kentucky, deep Blue State that runs somewhere to the left of Fidel Castro.

Trump's putrid approval numbers with normal Americans are now even spreading to his cult:

Lol, Trump just won there by 30pts. McConnel beat Grimes by 16. Kentucky isn't getting any more liberal people. A decade or two ago it might have been a contentious state, but Democratic policies have made it and WV some of the most Republican states.

What Grimes lacked wasn't some progressive big names supporting her, she didn't campaign on the issues. She campaigned like a progressive. She will not win there.

Lol, you'll cherry pick polls to show his lowest rating, but when you want to say that his approval is eroding with his members, you're happy to pick a different poll just to put that bit out.

    Too funny.

You are being very silly when you pretend that I cherry pick polls such as Gallup's Daily Tracking Poll: http://pollingreport.com/djt_job1.htm

    Gallup matches the consensus:

An updating calculation of the president's approval rating, accounting for each poll's quality, recency, sample size and partisan lean:
    https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/trump-approval-ratings/?ex_cid=rrpromo

If you wish to cherry pick any specific polls that better fit your admiration of Trump, nothing prevents you from posting them.

Sorry if you are upset by the consensus of polls, and need to poll only yourself. Feel free to do so.

The 2016 presidential election polls reflected a rapid tightening of the race as election day approached, and the final average was only 2.1% off - closer than in 2012.

    They were, indeed.

    If you need
to cling to that so that you can reject the consensus of national polls concerning Trump's unpopularity that you don't like, I don't see why you shouldn't try that.

Actually the RCP averages had Clinton by three, she won the popular by two. Considering most margin of error is 3-4 points, that is well within the MOE and dead on.

What those Trumpers are referring to is the electoral college. That was purely speculative by the pundits. Although there were some state polls that came darn close. the final poll taken in Pennsylvania had Trump up by one point, he won that state by 0.72 or 72/100ths of a point. In Michigan the final poll showed a tie between Trump and Clinton, Trump won by 0.23 or 23/100th of a point. You can't get any closer.

Only in Wisconsin were the polls outside the margin of error and that may be because no polls were taken in Wisconsin the last week. There is no convincing Trumpers of the accuracy of the polls since they only poll the popular vote nationwide and in the states. It is the pundits that speculate on the electoral college.

Trumpers don't mean the polls, they mean the speculation that went on for the electoral college although they don't know that.

You have nailed it once again. In a national election, it is far easier to take representative samplings to project the popular vote than it is to pre-determine specific counties or even cities and towns within a state where a relatively small differential can be vital in the allocation of that state's electoral votes. I'm sure that those districts that were the key to Trump's election will be swarmed by pollsters next time around. Despite the fake accusations of bias, it is the self- interest of each polling service to be as accurate as possible.

Honestly I think Hillary was the best thing to happen for Republicans. I'm sure they love her to death, because who else is despised so much that even their own party would elect Trump? Elizabeth was liked right up until she jumped on the Hillary band-wagon. I'm sure Mitch loves their support.
