Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton sent an email to her campaign chairman John Podesta in 2014, who was then-counselor to President Barack Obama, that said Saudi Arabia and Qatar are both giving financial and logistical support to the Islamic State and other extremist Sunni groups, according to a recent Wikileaks release.

Clinton sent the email on August 17, 2014 to Podesta. It was an eight-point plan to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Clinton’s email said that the United States should support Kurdish forces on the ground with U.S. military advisers and avoid the use of a conventional ground operation.

“While this military/para-military operation is moving forward, we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region,” Clinton wrote.

The former secretary of state added: “This effort will be enhanced by the stepped up commitment in the [Kurdish Regional Government]. The Qataris and Saudis will be put in a position of balancing policy between their ongoing competition to dominate the Sunni world and the consequences of serious U.S. pressure.”

Qatar has given between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation and Saudi Arabia has donated upwards of $25 million dollars to the Foundation.

So Clinton says these countries are supporting terrorist but she still takes their money for her public silence and makes it a priority to sell them fighter jets and helicopters.. What a damn scumbag she is but what do you expect from democrats and liberals in general? Is she planning on giving the money back?

ISIS declared war on Saudi Arabia 3 years ago.. and, in the past 2 years there have been 30 suicide bombing attacks in Arabia.

Additionally KSA has hunted down and arrested more than a thousand Saudi and foreign ISIS terrorists in kingdom.

So you don't believe her when she says they support ISIL logistically and financially? It out of her own damn email!

Wikileaks? You think that's gospel. If the Russians can hack all those emails, they can surely alter them.

Deflection with unproven speculation. List one error or made up fact from Wikileaks. Just one. You can't.

It was Saudi's that flew the jets into the WTC on 9/11. Was your outrage at them then? Why are you more concerned on the Foundation getting a donation than the fact that 1) She let it be known that SA is giving money to ISIS and 2) giving plans on how to defeat ISIS 3) SA is still considered on our side.

That's the problem with our government and those who run it. We do business with countries that (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hate us but as long as they pay up, its OK. SA is not on our side if they provide support to ISIL and for our government not to do anything about except continue the status quo, then shame on them and you for voting these (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s into office.

The facts of deadly ISIS activity in kingdom are proven.

Doesn't matter. At least in 2014, when the email was written, they were supporting isis and other radical groups. Why should that surprise anyone. Just look at the history of wahabism, its origins, its beliefs, and then figure in that the Saudis and others want assad gone and the sunni majority in power, more radialism, and Clinton is more believable on this issue than you. You are a Saudi sympathizer. That has always been clear.

No they weren't ... ISIS had already declared war on KSA and was doing suicide attacks by 2014.

In 2011 KSA considered funding al NUSRA, but found them too violent and remembered the backlash of their support for the forerunner of AQ in our proxy war with the Soviets.

At this point, it's well-known that these leaks are coming straight from the Russians through their middleman Assange.

Some true Americans simply don't want to be a propaganda tool for the Russians and their "strong leader" Vladmir 'Trail of Bodies' Putin.

I don't know, maybe people flying the Traitors' flag have a different, less patriotic perspective on the matter.

And, how does this change up the fact that there are those in the Saud Government funding Daesh?

Also, there are some supporting Al Nusra the AQ affiliate.

Why would you NOT take money from countries that you consider your enemy, and why would you give it back to them? You have weird logic. Also, I presume you are stating that you do not agree with selling military equipment to anyone who might be a risk to some other country that you don't like anyway? How would that go down with those hundreds of thousands employed in the US arms export industry. BTW : I agree with not selling military weapons to SA.

That's the talking point leftists would like all to believe, anyway.

    It's doubly cowardly and disingenuous
to take the news coming out from Wikileaks on Hillary's duplicitous, money grubbing cankle grabbing for the big donors to the Clinton Foundation and then
try to pin it all on the black hat wearing Russians.
What a convenient all purpose dustbin Vlad and the Russians are when you can take every underhanded thing Hillary has done and dump it all on them.

Yes. So "patriotic" of the progressives to see our system corrupted and blame it on someone else. Your brand of so called patriotism is something this nation
cannot endure before it becomes just like any other corrupt banana republic where laws are mere suggestions for the party in power.

BS you don't want to acknowledged what a POS Clinton is and want to blame these revelation on a speculated culprit. How about you state a opinion on the subject matter in the OP rather than deflecting with nonsense.

Clinton takes money from countries that support ISIL. Knows about it but does nothing. Even a fly knows where to land on piles of (*)(*)(*)(*) and she is a POS. What does that say about you fools who are voting for her, it makes you worse than her.

Repeating a mistruth does not make it truth so no it is not "known":. Talking points based on nothing outside of repetition is not factual.

    Oh, settle down
Start at the basics.....is Saudis Arabia a US ally? If yes, what's your problem? Should we or should we not support our allies? Is it a problem who they are giving their money too, yeah, a big problem. The question is What to do about it. The fact that an ally gave money to the Clinton Foundation is not relevant.

Only kneejerk anti-Hillary trolls even care about this.

Most sane people could not care less.

In any event, it doesn't matter.

Hillary is CERTAIN to be the next POTUS.

So, let the ARNJ trolls have a field day. No one cares.

The fact the we have the Saud giving money to both sides of our New Divide. Influencing our elections and politicians says it all. With friends like the Saud. Who needs enemies.

Oh and its relevant.....when they have bundlers working for Hillary. This time round.
