    Well, it looks like many Republicans are distancing themselves from the rioters in the Jan. 6th riots.
    The people in the Capitol aren't falling over themselves to defend such actions.
    The other rioters are working on their own claims trying to stay out of prison.
    It might extra hard to find a sympathetic judge or jury.

    Don't know where he can muster up sympathy.

    Yup! Then again, there is no advantage afforded him, unlike the Portland rioters.. If he were smart, he'd claim he was a member of the BLM gang and then he might even get rewarded with a beer and personal handshake from Ol cabbage head!!

    It would still be up to the chamber. I'm not sure Democrats would allow it. Trump was given these two weeks for that purpose.

    Sure it does. There is a systematic failure in the lefts ability to assign accountability.

    From blaming guns to blaming words, the left has a major inability to grasp the concept of accountability that is logical.

    Those Dem Boys are not the ones trying to proove the bizarre crazy theory ( actually accusation) that this election was rigged and Dominion machines got.hacked and the " best" whack job accusation is the North Koreans brought in Biden ballots on small booths into Maine.
