    It's called Perjury.

It's going to be interesting to see if NBC is willing to further damage their reputation and say their reporting was stupidly inaccurate, adding to what I think is a multitude of reasons NOT to watch or believe NBC news. Or will they stick by their story and throw Eric the Puppet under the Obama Bus. I can only ask myself why is this guy still AG? Our first Latino AG Alberto Gonzales was vilified over just changing some state U.S. Attorneys. Here we have this guy with Fast & Furious, the IRS scandal, AP and Fox news scandals under his belt and he says this......

Eric.....buddy no one gives a flying crap what you think is important, the AG's job is to see to it the Law of the Land is enforced, and evenhandedly. He's sought to protect the "civil rights" of illegals in several states, yet no charges have been filed and no arrests made in the IRS scandal where Conservative citizens have had their civil rights violated.

Congress from both houses and both sides of the isle need to nail Obama hard to fire Holder immediately.

It does appear to be perjury.

But in Obama's Nazi America they make up their own rules for themselves.

NBC is not going to damage themselves by admitting they (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up.

    Bye, Eric.

What about the second act of perjury by Holder, Mainstream Media? The first was about Fast and Furious.

If it does turn to nothing then the first American dictatorship is a fact.

Hitler had his Brown Shirts and Obama has the lib news media that hears no evil, sees no evil and speaks no evil - about Obama.

How about the latest? Eric Holder is starting to feel bad about what he did......according to another LEAK that was just done by his aides. He just didn't feel the gravity of the situation....until he read about it in the Washington Post on Monday. This is hilarious!!! The only thing he's feeling bad about is that suddenly the mainstream liberal press is turning on him!! I guess he thinks this latest leak is going to save his butt???? Notice this article is from the very liberal, Salon.

"Eric Holder feels bad. The attorney general of the United States has been criticized quite a bit since basically the day he was announced as Obama’s pick for the job, but lately that criticism has come from liberals, who are upset with the Justice Department for excessive snooping on journalists. Holder, according to Daniel Klaidman in the Daily Beast, now feels really personally sorry about the whole treating reporters like criminals thing, because he still thinks of himself as a good liberal.

Holder signed off on the search warrant issued for Fox News reporter James Rosen. The warrant justified seizing Rosen’s records by claiming that his handling of his source, a State Department contractor, may have constituted a violation of the Espionage Act. The AG apparently did not feel bad about this until he read in a newspaper that he had done so:

But for Attorney General Eric Holder, the gravity of the situation didn’t fully sink in until Monday morning when he read the Post’s front-page story, sitting at his kitchen table. Quoting from the affidavit, the story detailed how agents had tracked Rosen’s movements in and out of the State Department, perused his private emails, and traced the timing of his calls to the State Department security adviser suspected of leaking to him. Then the story, quoting the stark, clinical language of the affidavit, described Rosen as “at the very least … an aider, abettor and/or co-conspirator” in the crime. Holder knew that Justice would be besieged by the twin leak probes; but, according to aides, he was also beginning to feel a creeping sense of personal remorse.

Holder’s supposed “remorse” is risible. He didn’t realize how far he’d gone until he read about what he’d done in the Washington Post? Whoops! I accidentally criminalized news-gathering. (At least someone still reads the paper in print.) It is a bad sign of bubble-inhabiting when an administration doesn’t understand the ramifications of its actions until it reads about itself in the press."

Yeah, but in what country? It certainly won't be the US. Rand Paul doesn't even have a snowball's chance in Hell of getting the Republican nomination.

Sadly you are right. The GOP would rather lose again then change its ways. The leadership just wont change.

It really shouldnt take the House panel long. Set the liar down, swear him in, show him the video of him saying he knew nothing, then ask him if he shouldnt resign for lying to Congress?

I'm still optimistic that they will support a more libertarian Republican in 2016. They keep failing with moderate Republicans like Romney and McCain. They may just go all out like the Democrats did in the 80's by electing a candidate who is closer to his side of the political spectrum. If he loses, then the GOP is going to reverse course and become more left-wing. They will have to nominate Hispanic candidates to have a hope of winning from that point on. Racist Hispanics won't vote Republican because that's the white people's party, and they don't want that.
