The time to have recognized what was happening to the country, not the Party, was when we first started seeing rebellion to the hard left drift demonstrated by the formation of the TEA Party. Trump didn't get elected because those who voted for him were crazy, he got elected because those in control of both parties forgot that voters are actually people with their own view of who we are and what we should be. The power structure in the Republican Party was and is as unpopular as the top of the left wing Democrat Party.

Racists actually love to toss the race card instantly when they have nothing to stand on. Loads of white people start off economically disadvantaged but have no programs to help them out. No corporate programs to make sure they get hired or a scholarship designated specifically for them . But the thing is black people that aren’t economically disadvantaged still use AA.

And black people have the same exact opportunities. There have been laws on the books for quite a few decades against discrimination. It’s been a long time since the 60s. At some point you can’t keep relying on that old excuse. No blacks working today were slaves or knew slaves unless they immigrated from Africa recently where the slave trade still exists, ironically enough.

Yes. And it's out there also for those who are not willing to work hard and sacrifice, but happen to have been born to the "right" conditions. Given our nation's history, very few of these are blacks So what the government does, or should do, is at least give them the same opportunities any typical middle class white person has. To break the cycle. So when they get a College Scholarship in a university they wouldn't be able to afford, they get a chance to give their children that same opportunity.
Did you have to give up your country culture? By simply moving here, they do. But the Constitution states that you and them are equal. What would give you the right to make less of an effort than they have to make?

Why? Is there anything, in your mind, in their skin color that makes them have this type of bias? Indeed there is a cultural element that makes it for them much harder to improve their socioeconomic condition.. And it stems, through no fault of their own, from their historical background.
I agree. But is there anything Democrats are doing different than that?

It's just part of the swamp that needs draining. Neocons are worse than the Sander's types, they are statist wolves in sheep's clothing.

Well stated... The DNC-E and GOP-E are both unresponsive to anything that does not preserve their overall power, collectively.

That is absolutely correct. And to prove it, just look at how Trump fanatics respond to a thread criticizing Trump's handling of the White House

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...into-a-headless-giant.524085/#post-1068564103

It's what originated this discussion. Now... where were you when Trump fanatics started tossing the race card? Why didn't you make this same comment then? Or in any instance similar to this? There are plenty, you know. But you wouldn't criticize a fellow Trump fanatic because principles and consistency are of no importance to you, right?
What are you talking about? Of course they do have programs to help them out!

Which Republicans undermine, BTW. So don't start getting hypocritical here, please. Republicans don't care about any programs for the poor. Doesn't matter what skin color they happen to have. And, least of all, Trump apologists.

Why would there be any program "specifically" designated for whites? What possible reason would there be for that? This is ridiculous. There are programs for anybody who needs assistance. And they are undermined by Republicans at every level, BTW. Here in Florida, our Republican controlled Congress and Republican Governor take every chance they can get to undermine these programs. And nationwide, Republicans have managed to kill many, and under fund the rest at every opportunity.

The Republican intent is not what you are trying to project here. The intention is simply to hurt people. And they certainly do that at every turn..

This is probably the most out-of-touch part of your post. But we shouldn't expect anything different from those who receive all their information for wingnut media.

So you think that by not being slaves, they suddenly have the same opportunity. Or even by enacting a law against discrimination. Ridiculous! Discrimination exists! Law or no law. Now... here is what you fail to understand. If you are born into a poor family, where you can't eat unless you work, you're going to start working early. Even before getting an education. So it's a cycle. You're poor, you can't get out of poverty because you need to work, and working doesn't allow you to get an education to get a higher paying job, so you keep being poor. And around and around.

Most Black families have been in this circle since the Civil War. But you won't understand this unless you study history.

These programs are an attempt at breaking that cycle.

You can't be serious. Social media is the worst possible source for staying informed. It is no better than petty gossip. It is actually much worse than gossip because people like you think it is a means for staying informed.

Social media is responsible some of the most ludicrous statements I have read on PF.

I'll just reinforce my statement about the old people.

Whatever Source you think is valid there's a Twitter account for them and they post all the latest articles that link to their websites. Twitter is great because every Source has a Twitter account so you can customize your Twitter feed to only pump out the information you want to see.
