Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What is the argument for this violating the 1st amendment. Has congress made a law respecting an establishment of religion? No.
Has anyone been denied their right of free exercise thereof? No.

No one is being forced to take birth control. All the Catholics still get to go to church and be Catholics. If a Catholic school doesnt want their employees getting birth control paid for by their insurance company, then they should hire better Catholics that wont use birth control. I see it as a personal choice of the employee, between them and their god.
