Why? Because it best suits the racist agenda to demonize blacks? Young people, not adults are more likely to commit violent crimes. The proportion of kids in poverty would be the more accurate discriminator.

We see whites committing twice as many violent crimes as blacks. Which corresponds to the your data.

But even so, we see about the same number of whites and blacks committing murders, corresponding roughly with the numbers of kids in poverty.

When you take into account poverty levels, you don't see blacks committing 4x more murders than whites.

Your own data shows that poverty is a major factor. I never claimed it was the only factor, but when you poverty is factored in the disparity is much smaller than the data in the OP.

But then, if we look at the facts, we can't demonize blacks as a group as well, can we?

 

It is a PORTION of black culture. There are White thug cultures as well.

So, how to end thug culture? Reimpliment the American dream, and include all minorities in that.

Prince George's County, Maryland has high murder rates, high incomes, and low poverty rates.

It's also majority Black.

The war on drugs is a factor in that it sets up a profitable black market, and the welfare state that was ushered in by LBJ and his democrat klan that provides subsistence-level support and no exit strategy. It is not due to some inherent savage tendencies of black people, as the OP suggests.

 

In 2010 Prince George's County had 90 murders, but a population of just under 900,000.

That's roughly a 10 out of 100,000 murder rate in 2010.

Meanwhile in 2010 the U.S.A had a murder rate of roughly 5 out of 100,000.

Poland a overwhelmingly White country has one of the current lowest murder rates on the planet of only a 0.8 out of 100,000 murder rate, even though people in Poland are obviously on average quite a bit poorer than Black Americans who have nearly a 20 out of 100,000 murder rate and much poorer than White Americans who have about a 3 out of 100,000 murder rate.

Even though Poland has few guns, so does Russia, Mexico, Columbia, and Jamaica countries with much higher murder rates than Poland, or the U.S.A for that matter.
