I think there is clear evidence Hillary destroyed her E-mails and that the Attorney General got Commey to lessen the charges not to convict her so she could run for President. If the Republicans got all the information they needed from FBI files, I think they can show that the FBI did not give the judge who oked the investigation against Trump all the information he should have had to justify the investigation, thus making it illegal.
You don't think Hillary broke the law by destroying 32,000 E-mails she was told to turn over to the FBI in which Commey said seems likely her E-mails were compromised? You think charges wouldn't be brought up on Trump if he had done that?
The FBI has most of those e-mails on Weiner's laptop. Hillary committed much more serious crimes than just the ones related to destroying evidence.

The democratic Congress will sweep all criminal acts committed by Hillary, Obama administration, DOJ and national security under the rug and will initiate new investigations on Trump and members of his administration! We should expect gridlock in Washington D.C. and endless investigations for the next two years!
