This nation went to war. It was far more than Bush.

    History lesson for Democrats

War started when Saddam invaded Kuwait.
Even though Bush 41 invaded Iraq, which it seems as if Democrats blotted out of their minds, and agreed to quit the battles, it did not stop the attacks by the USA on Iraq.

I used to tell Democrats when Clinton was bombing Saddam, that when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, our country called that war.

Saddam had every right to at all times believe the USA was still at war with him.

Clinton signed the law that explicitly stated Saddam had to be removed.

The idea that Bush thought of it first is false. Bush came into office with that law on the books.

Congress made a case all during the Clinton era that Saddam has WMD. They did not hint, they claimed he had them.

To blame Bush for saying the same thing makes no sense. Bush saw intelligence. That is what he was talking about. Bush did not create intelligence. How could he claim Saddam had WMD during the Clinton era? Clinton made those claims. Clinton nor Bush claimed those were cleared out.

It is impossible that the inspectors were able to see everything in a country the size of Texas called Iraq.

We could hide stuff here in CA and the inspectors would not find it if they had ten years to find it.

Bush, along with Clinton and the congress, did not trust Saddam.

Saddam was a proven bad actor.

What about the bombs dropped on former Yugoslavia by Clinton? Was that an act of war by the USA? I call it an act of war.

Did Congress declare war? No they did not.

This country is not innocent. Bush invaded Iraq but this nation had long believe that was right. It was only upon being told by the media there were no nukes that Democrats decided it was a great campaign issue and they did a 180 degree flip flop.

Look, Bush took care of a dictator and freed a nation. I thank him for giving the Iraqis the right to vote for a non dictator.

I certainly am not out to hurt feelings of Hillary's backers but face it, they wanted us stomped into the mud. They were ready to gloat and keep screaming bad names at us. They were ready to dig our graves and bury us.

Do I feel remorse Trump won?

    Well not hardly.

So you're saying that the white opposition to Black Lives Matter played a large part in what happened on election day?

I happen to agree with you but you should realize that you just admitted that racism was a major factor in Trump's win.

    Again...we agree

No gloating, but elections do have consequences.
