More evidence coming to light - eight page letter written by 'Ron Paul' hi-lighted and underlined in pen throughout - signed in pen by Ron Paul - all written in the first person even referring to his training as a physician, time in Congress etc

Entire tone is insane and conspiratorial:

'I've been told not to talk, but these stooges don't scare me. Threats or no threats, I've laid bare the coming race war in our big cities...the Bohemian Grove - perverted, pagan playground of the powerful. Skull & Bones: the demonic fraternity that includes George Bush...

'I uncovered the New Money plans during my last term in the U.S. Congress;' - 'These totalitarian bills;' 'It wasn't money for a free people. It was a portable inquisition to allow the feds to keep track of American cash and American citizens;' 'Spy device embedders;' 'One federal scientist confirmed to me...' 'chemical alarms will set off federal cash detection machines at airports and any place else they choose.' 'Thank goodness, a patriotic American within the Federal Reserve told me about this financial Manhatten Project.'

"I don't have anything against black people, I just don't think I should have to eat with them in public places. Or use the same bathroom. Or the same water fountain." - Ron Paul

No foreign country was mentioned in the Ron Paul Newsletters more often than Israel. Ron Paul termed it "an aggressive, national socialist state," and on the subject of the 1993 World Trade Center attack, concluded, "Whether it was a setup by the Israeli Mossad, as a Jewish friend of mine suspects, or was truly a retaliation by the Islamic fundamentalists, matters little." In 1990, the newsletter cast aspersions on the "tens of thousands of well-placed friends of Israel in all countries who are willing to wok [sic] for the Mossad in their area of expertise." - Ron Paul

Ron Paul on Bobby Fischer "He's an American hero" because he's "politically incorrect on the 'Jewish question'"

Paul gave credence to the theory, later shown to have been the product of a Soviet disinformation effort, that AIDS had been created in a U.S. government laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland. Three months before far-right extremists killed 168 Americans in Oklahoma City, Paul's newsletter praised the "1,500 local militias now training to defend liberty" as "one of the most encouraging developments in America." And he offered specific advice to antigovernment militia members, such as, "Keep the group size down," "Keep quiet and you're harder to find," "Leave no clues," "Avoid the phone as much as possible," and "If they mean to have a war, let it begin here." - Ron Paul

No conspiracy theory was too outlandish for Paul's endorsement. One newsletter reported on the heretofore unknown phenomenon of "Needlin'," in which "gangs of black girls between the ages of 12 and 14" roamed the streets of New York and injected white women with possibly HIV-infected syringes.

"Special Issue on Racial Terrorism," a supplement to the Ron Paul Political Report. Racial apocalypse was the most persistent theme of the newsletters; a 1990 issue warned of "The Coming Race War." Paul alleged that Martin Luther King Jr. had "seduced underage girls and boys" - Ron Paul

Repeating a lie doesnt make it true. There is nothing out there that points at racism. Over 2 decades in congress and no one has still posted a video or a transcript of him speaking that has anything close to racism.

You dont think the media has looked??? Dont you think they would have dug up something by now? The Newsletters had quite a few writers over 20 years. The fact they can only find a few with questionable quotes should tell you something.

So somewhere you can show these rantings came from Ron Paul, and not just a newsletter that used his name for ratings?

You have failed to show once that Ron Paul ever wrote, or even knew about those articles before the media brought them out last election cycle.

Actually the media brought up the most egregious comments in 1996 and Ron Paul defended them and agreed he wrote them. He then later claimed that this was a lie so as to avoid 'confusing people.' His former aid says he read 'every line' before faxing them off to be published. Some of the most egregious letters are signed in pen like the one I posted a link to. I can tell you one thing I am really going to enjoy watching this old demagogue get ripped apart over the next few months.

Even though it seems completely obvious, apparently it must be pointed out.

What? He has been doing the samething, voting the same way, and living the sameway throughout his life. How can you say he is the one that is changing? It is America that is changing, and we are tired of seeing it edge ever closer to the cliff of marshal law dictated by corporations profiting from wars while giving more and more of the middle class money to the poor who chose not to work. Then the poor spend their handouts ASAP which fall right back into the rich's pockets making them ever richer and out pacing inflation while the middle class watch their portfolio disinegrate into worthless paper of stocks that have less purchasing power than when the people bought them.

The left and right establishments have long ago came together and screwing over the new class born from the industrial revolution, and making more slaves in the middle class while lining the pockets of the rich who are the politicians puppeteers. Ron Paul is the sole candidate that recieves the majority of his contributions from single, middle class americans rather than the corporations that have people like Newt, Mit, and especially Obama. Ron Paul is for the PEOPLE. The rest are for the CORPORATIONS.

After reading and listening to Dr Paul for the last several years, I can confidently say he did not write this. The language and style is not even close.

Ron Paul is more nutty than a cheap fruitcake.

The most disturbing issue I have with him, is his vision for national security. To even entertain thoughts of removing military bases/installations around the world is very dangerous, and would undermine the security of every American, in my opinion.

This is the primary reason I will never support him.

    Dallas Morning News 1996:

Dr. Paul denied suggestions that he was a racist and said he was not evoking stereotypes when he wrote the columns. He said they should be read and quoted in their entirety to avoid misrepresentation. [...]

In the interview, he did not deny he made the statement about the swiftness of black men.

“If you try to catch someone that has stolen a purse from you, there is no chance to catch them,” Dr. Paul said.

Don't you know about the Rothbard/Rockwell paleolibertarian strategy and about the lunatic fringe that Ron Paul has been closely associated with for so long?

I am sorry, that is not racist. The government should not be able to force you to do something you don't want to do, and that is what the civil rights act did. That is like having the federal government saying if your church marries heterosexuals, they MUST marry homosexual couples. Or telling a doctor that since he/she is an OB/GYN, they MUST perform abortion upon request. Forcing a restraunt owner to serve people they don't want to serve because the government decided it is "right" is unconstitutional. The free market of public oppinion would take care of restraunts like that. The PEOPLE would choose to eat their or not. Eventually the restraunt would have to change their policy or go out of business as more and more people don't care what the race of the partrons sitting next them are.

You can tolerate people without accepting their lifestyle. I am sure you aren't going to gay bars just to prove how accepting you are of the other culture in America that you aren't appart of. You might not have a problem with gays, but that doesn't mean you are going to want to indulge into their culture.

Is the whole world against us? One might think so to look at our military expenditures.

Yeah...ole Ron Paul sure is nutty...about as nutty as James Madison!!

Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes … known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few.… No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.

    — James Madison, Political Observations, 1795

I would like to see that interview. Seeming how he says he never read them before they were brought up in the media, you would think the clips of him saying the opposite would be flying left and right. Maybe Mitt should put them in adds against Ron Paul to show how much of a liar he is...if what you say is true.
