we support e-verify, not all the poison pills that go along with it, we will give Trump e-verify for DACA

straight up deal, no poison pills

Trump says he supports both of those, should be easy deal

Insufficient number of Republicans to get a voting threshold majority.

Do you know how it actually works?

If my memory serves correctly, you don't.

No poison pills because, for one, DACA is up to Congress anyway so they are just using it to obstruct, again.

Huh? Republicans owned both houses of congress and the whitehouse.

    Of course

Which is a failing of your memory.

They had the numerical majority without having a voting majority.

This is the part where you pretend it doesn't take 60 votes to pass something, and I laugh and roll my eyes.

Trump has the final say on DACA, if Trump wants it, he can get Republicans to vote for it, all up to Trump

Trump can't force anyone to vote for anything. If Republicans want to obstruct they can. Thats the whole point to DC now. Obstruct and do nothing, pick up your paycheck, until you can retire with an excellent pension. They're all mostly useless.

The Government still owns the closed down bases, get Joe Arpaio to set up the tent cities.

Because republicans don’t give a **** about illegal immigration either.

No, this is the part you are shown republicans don’t give a **** about illegal immigration, and I laugh at your partisan hackery

republicans are lock step with Trump, if he says do it, they will do it

the question is, if they do it will Trump veto.... we have seen Trump says he was for it in the past, but then say he woudl veto it later... so hard telling

the problem republicans have had is they do not know what Trump really wants and they fear being trashed by Trump if they do the wrong thing, so Trump needs to lead them

course I do not think Trump himself knows what Trump wants

yep, means they needed to create bipartisan deals, republicans refused to do that, thus got nothing passed

when they tried Trump threatened to veto

Trump can only do so much alone, he has to at least try to be a team player

Which news are you watching? Lockstep with Trump? Trump would have had his wall by now. There would be no Obamacare. He would have accomplished everything he wanted in the 1st 2 years before the Dems came in. Do anything he says? Seriously?

Then why don't the democrats approach Trump on DACA instead of just obstructing a proposal that has nothing to do with DACA? Easy answer. They have no interest in fixing anything.

Trump's health care bill was so bad even Republicans did not support it, no one wants Trump wall and Mexico was supposed to pay for it, not the tax payers
