Oh really so when did Bush go to war without congressional approval? I missed it. Please enlighten me. Since that would be illegal without consent when did the congress give it if it wasn't when Hillary voted yes?

Savvy Americans never wanted the Bush's fraudulently-pretexted two-trillion dollar nation-building fiasco in Iraq, but the Bush's capitulating to the corrupt Maliki in his demand that they all get oet the hell out by the end of 2011 was the Bush's acceptance of the Iraqi demands, not of some imaginary left that festers in frenzied headbones.

National Review's conservative commentator Andrew McCarthy had explained it clearly to the Angry White Guys.

Whether their seething hated impairs their understanding is not his fault.

Funny that you buy the vast right wing conspiracy theory that the dems dreamed up long after they voted to invade Iraq. If you want to talk about one fact lying about others isn't helping you or the liberal horde.

Don't blame Obama for starting the war. Don't blame him for pulling the troops out of Iraq when he did. But if Iraq falls, I will blame him. I heard today that Iraq has asked Obama for 4 months for air support, if nothing more than unmanned drones to fire on ISIS insurgents and he has refused. In that amount of time the ISIS had taken over three Iraqi cities and is close to Baghdad. If Iraq falls, Obama has to take a big part of the blame for it.

The fact is Obama is taking credit for Iraq, so he also has to take the blame for ignoring the request for air support for 4 months while the ISIS takes over three major cities in Iraq and has Iraq on the brink of collaps]

No it wasn't, Iraq hasn't been "stable" since Saddam Hussein was in charge.

Of course you will. When the Bush squandered two trillion dollars to replace a brutal, corrupt Sunni dictator with a brutal, corrupt Shia dictator, and the Shia dictator who had kicked US forces out of Iraq demands that the US bombs Iraq to keep him in power because the Iraqi Army has no interest in doing so, you say, "Do what he says!" despite the wishes of the American and the Iraqi people.

Completely wrong, the date was determined by the Bush Admin.

You are ignoring the precedent set by the Bush administration that Obama ignored. They were no where near ready and the administration knew it. This was strictly a political move.

What precedent, to pull out by Dec 2011. The Iraqis need to fight for themselves, period. If they can't do it, it doesn't matter what firepower the US brings.

Analysts told the administration 1 to 1 1/2 year before they would be ready.

Obama didn't start the war on Iraq ....

Didn't you know that Iran would fill the vacuum and threaten all our allies?

You can be forgiven because Bush The Stupid didn't know it either.

If you're wrestling and you start the fight and you tag your partner in and he gets stomped out.... it's not your fault is it?

Why don't you read the history of Iraq?

I voted for idiot Bush.. and quit the party when he decided to attack Iran.. What a fool's errand that was.

    More magical thinking?

Obama can't do a thing about the civil wars in the ME and North Africa.

    I will agree with you.

It is not magical, in case you missed it, Obama has been President since 2008 as elected by the people.

I assume you mean Iraq. If you quit the republican party after we attacked Iraq then surely you didn't go to the democrat side considering scores of them are on record supporting the decision to invade Iraq.

Obama can't fix the civil wars in Syria, Egypt and Libya.. Nor can any other US president.

Only an idiot would think he could.
