And schools across the country have taken that recommendation.

Prove it or is this coming from a biased source (you).

Any source identifying schools that use "Not My Idea" would be viewed as biased by you.

I'm a little more open minded than you. Here is a source from anti-CRT crusader and now its his full time job, Rufo.
There are 25 and there are 87,500 elementary schools in the US, that means less than 0.03% are "infected" with the book. Oh my! Did you notice most are just on a list of recommended reading? My stars!

I get that your claim is unsupported and not the inference to the best explanation. It's perfectly possible, yea, abundant evidence exists, that men engage in far more violative behavior
Gender Inequity Among the Gender Equity Enforcers.
    Findings
According to you, bias is the only potential explanation.

Things are if anything worse in the corporate world.

“In an experiment that involved sending out more than 2,500 resumes either with or without photos of the applicant, economics researchers Bradley Ruffle at Ben-Gurion University and Ze’ev Shtudiner at Ariel University Centre sought to answer the question of whether being good looking could help you find a job. The answer surprised them: Not if you’re a woman. Pretty women faced an uphill struggle to get a chance at a job. The economists hadn’t reckoned on the fact that 93 percent of the HR staffers deciding whether to call in someone for an interview were female. It turns out that HR women (who also tend to be young and single and hence still in the dating market for men) are eager to meet with handsome men. But they’re jealous of beautiful women.”

More bias. Weird how the folks so eager to find it in others miss it so completely in themselves:

Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove that splinter from your eye,’ while the wooden beam is in your eye? You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye. ~ Jesus Christ

No, you don't get the concept. If the judicial system disfavors men and favors women then it is sexist. That is, for the same crime, if the judicial system gives a harsher sentence only because they are male and a lighter sentence only because they are female, for no other reason, then the system is sexist. Men being more violative has nothing to do with it.

His little study of Title IX Coordinators has no proof that women running their office have an enforcement bias or their hiring was biased. It only proves women are more attracted or men less attracted to the position

Yes things are worse in the corporate world, when identical resumes were sent out those with black sounding names got 50% less call backs. .

I have the concept firmly by the balls.
Unequal outcomes is an insufficient basis on which to make that assertion.
Ridiculous. If there is a rule and men break it more often, the system is not unjust for punishing the more frequent lawbreaking by men.
Exactly. Unequal outcomes do not necessarily mean unequal treatment.
Certainly a possibility worth examining, you are learning this quickly.
That's a 20 year old study and not necessarily reflective of today.

Newspaper ads? That's pretty dated, further, the most effective way to get a job isn't cold calling, it's working your social network, this is known.

Across the country, just like I said. And those are just the schools he was able to discover. Teaching grade school kids that whiteness is a deal with the devil. This is what you are supporting.

I'm afraid you are holding raisins. Reread what I wrote. Arrest volume has nothing to do with whether the system is sexist. It is if they are treated differently because of their sex that makes it sexist.
Your 10 year old study does not allege any bias in enforcement of Title IX or any bias in hiring, just that there are more women in the position....so what?
Here is more evidence of racial bias in hiring for you to deny.
Who said I supported the book? I am commenting on all the pearl clutching and hysteria coming from right-winger's fear of the hyped "CRT" boogeyman.

The book is teaching basic principles of CRT. Are the writings of Kendi more to your liking than this childrens book written by a white lady?

25 SCHOOL DISTRICTS, not 25 schools. JUST ONE of the 25, Chicago has 480 elementary schools.

There are ways to talk about awful things. For instance, you could tell children about the Holocaust without showing them piles of naked emaciated bodies.
Yeah, there are some school districts although you choose a Chicago school and not a district, but here is something from a school district. A parent concerned about the subject would have to go out of their way to find it and get it to the student with the permission of the parent. It is not "taught" in the schools.

The concerned parents, are working through their elected representatives to make sure hateful concepts like that aren't taught, which the schools say they don't teach, so, shouldn't be a problem for anyone.

    Response to post 212
Actually Chicago has its own school district with 480 elementary schools, NOT one.

Now you are just making the shiite up as you go along

Who's the one making up schit? You chose Chicago as an example and that example is one principal reading it aloud on Facebook for the Brentano Math and Science Academy.
I gave you a school "district" example.

BTW I don't like to criticize books I have not read. Here is an even handed review that criticizes the book and may help you unwad your panties.

Has it not been replicated since? Perhaps it has been and wasn't published? It amazes me if in this racially charged atmosphere nobody has repeated this experiment in 20 years.

We don't have a racially charged workplace unless some clown is trying tell folks that aren't racist that they are, simply because of their innate characteristics.

Even if the study was valid some decades ago, and without replication, why believe it, it certainly wouldn't replicate today. No recruiters are going to try to guess nationality by name and exclude otherwise qualified folks. I shake my head at what some folks claim is a "common occurrence" in the contemporaneous workplace and it's clear that they have no direct experience with the private US workforce.

If it isn't successfully replicated... After 20 years.. I think it's more than fair to dismiss it. It could have been fluke. It could have been falsified.

It’s very alive and well , but not for the reason some may think . There are certain people who rely on systematic racism in order to keep ahold of power , while others don’t want things like this to stop because it’s a source of revenue .

Public schools are an easy example of how systematic racism exists , certain districts get more of their fair share of the funds while others are meant to fail along with their districts . With that purposely keeping certain areas in bad shape to keep producing government dependent individuals .

It’s kept strong and alive by wolves in sheeps clothing , the very people who claim they want to fight it would have a conniption if something was actually done to remedy the issue .

Hell illegal immigration is another example and tool of these very same folks who use systematic racism to their advantage . They are literally creating a much bigger and stronger voting block in order to not have to depend on the ones they have now .

Your "theories" have a few holes. Public schools are funded by the state and local property taxes. If the district has depressed neighborhoods they get less in property taxes making the system of funding systemically uneven. Rich districts better funded through property taxes have better schools.
Businesses like to hire employees who have few rights and will take low wages, that is why undocumented workers come, because business seldom pays any penalty. The "illegal aliens" are not to blame, the businesses that hire them and government's lax enforcement are to blame. The US is telling poor people, come, we'll give you a job without papers and there is little chance of getting caught. BTW they don't vote but they pay taxes.

They are both responsible in their own ways, unless the illegal workers are brought in against their will as slaves (which does still happen).

A desperate migrant who sees an opportunity for meager pay and lax enforcement by doing something illegal (sneaking across a border) is still doing something illegal. So is a starving man who breaks into a kitchen and steals food.

It's hard to blame them, but they are indeed engaged in crime, which does make them criminals.

I do agree that not enough focus is put on the employers who exploit them. I also think the system allowing people in should be made drastically more efficient so people need not wait so long. It should also be made more transparent, to cut down on corruption.

Yes I know how schools are funded , and that’s why I stated that certain districts are purposely doomed to fail . I know how it all ties in , and how this directly ties in to what systematic racism truly is. It’s no coincidence that the majority of poorer school systems are in fact where the minority is the majority . It’s a perfect “farming” operation .

As for illegal immigrants no it’s not their fault directly , they are just coming because they are given the red carpet to a better opportunity . BUT with that politicians can easily stop it but they choose not to both for political and business reasons . No they directly don’t vote , but their children do as they have a **** load of babies in this country and their kids have more kids . Again another perfect “farming” operation . As far as paying taxes they never truly break even as they do cost us way more than they provide . We by law are forced to pay for their kids schooling , and in some cases college educations . They receive tax dollars through WIC and other child’s services , they skip out on hospital bills , we lose federal tax dollars due to their populations. We lose tax dollars through having to process them and feed them in facilities across the border . They waste our time skipping out on their trials . Trust me, they cost us way more money than they put in . But the main thing democrats want from them is numbers and increased population as they are taking full advantage of the fact that latino voters mainly vote democrat .

All of that works not just against the country , but against the black community especially .
