Yes use of mobile phones while driving IS a big factor but we also have a law against that - and as someone pointed out since every mobile phone announces it's location it would be simplicity itself to actually put in place a tracker that shows if the mobile is travelling at more than X MPH while being used - all you would need to do then is tie that to ANY accidents - any at all even dents and the person using the mobile phone is liable..........

But please whatever you do do NOT listen to Americans touting incorrect information from one of the right wing "think tanks" (though THAT term is a misnomer). It is amazing how many of those actually have what were once anonymous emails but are now polished like ........ and pasted up on the net as some sort of "research". It usually is neither research nor factual
