So personal emails don't need to be turned over?
Because that is what happened with Clinton. Government emails were turned over, personal emails were deleted. And yet Trump keeps talking about Clinton's emails as if she was hiding government business.

 

guess what, all personal email is run on private unsecured servers, no one knows who has access to them, that is why they should be using secured government email on government email servers

the difference here is that Trump's do not even know who has access to the 3rd party private servers they use - could be anyone - even overseas employees from foreign outsourcing (talk about a national security risk)

sounds like it's you that needs to learn a little more about personal email servers

also if nothing was classified then once Congress requests the Trump family emails, they can be released to the public

yes one was even allowed to do personal correspondence on govt email to a limited extent. in our annual briefings, using personal electronic equipment that was not approved was not allowed.

 

Clinton didn't turn over all of her work emails. She also had classified information on her private server. That is a whole different matter. Let's focus on on thing at a time. Ivanka isn't required to turn over her personal emails. She is only required to turn over emails that pertain to her govt position where she discusses govt issues. Clinton wasn't required to turn over personal emails, like the yoga and wedding plans. It was found that Clinton didn't turn over all of the emails that she was required to.

The issue with Clinton was the private unsecured server through which she ran classified information and then the refusal to archive and then the destruction of her official emails. Learn the difference.

that was not the issue, you need to do more research, we may later find classified email was used by Trump's Son's and daughter, but like Clinton, in the beginning, it's only about using personal email same as it was with Clinton, Congress and the FBI will have to request the emails from the email provider and review them, see if any threats to national security exist or not, just like they did with Clinton

 

And the FBI and IG said he did not violate the rules at the time nor the law and comparing it to what Clinton did was nonsense

We could use our personal equipment. It wasn't encouraged but it was allowed. There were a lot of times that I didn't have access to a govt computer but I needed to use email and all I ahd available was my personal laptop. I never sent any personal or classified info. If I did my ass would have been toast. Thinking about it, I don't think I ever talked about anything classified in email. It was always face to face or on SIPRNET.

something many do not realize today is that most voice calls are digital data today, no different then a email.... digital is cheaper then analog

ask me in a couple years after we investigate her and her brothers personal emails and see if they deleted any emails from their devices - we have to investigate this and like with Clinton it will take years

and lets find out if the Trump family did not secure delete their old emails when done with them, see if foreign workers from foreign outsourcing have access to any of their emails, ect...

False, she destroyed property of the United States government and that included emails she was supposed to turn over to the FBI that were, in fact government emails.

we have yet to see if Ivanka or her brothers deleted any emails from their devices... but we can request their devices and copies from the email provider and compare
