We all know money, power and a political connection goes a long way under our justice system.

And is Hillary or Comey in prison for their actions of using personal email for government business? Exactly! So, the Libs won but now they want to change their tune because a Trump supposedly did it. Oh my! Waffle! Waffle! Waffle!

Any national defense information (as described in 18 USC 793) involved in those emails?

Because that's why we wanted Hillary locked up. Because she'd committed multiple felonies.

Show me the classified information or nat def info in those emails, and you can put those two bitches in the cells next to each other.

    of course it isnt fair!!!

fyi, while clinton was using her server, when she sent out an email, her server domain address was in the from field. since she has to report to congress, they knew from day 1 she wasnt using a govt server.

Oh right. You did, however, miss a couple that carried it ad nauseam. ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, PBS, Reuters, AP, CNBC, CNN, AlJazeria, BBC, WSJ, RT, and 200 regional and local stations. It reached the reportage volume of Michal Jacksons death. On and on, and on for months. Anyone that missed this coverage was living in a Strategic Air Command bunker or a South Dakota mine shaft. Which was it? We would love to know.

That idea has merit. Perhaps we could hire James Comey as a special prosecutor to look into this matter for a few years. Or just ask the Russians to leak them.

I believe that her emails were not initially sent to the national archives... but sent later when it became a problem. Is that correct?

Also, i believe that government business is not to be transacted on private email because it is not secure. Is this correct?

Investigate her. If anything is classified, do to her what should have been done to Hillary.

The issue with Clinton was the private unsecured server through which she ran classified information and then the refusal to archive and then the destruction of her official emails. Learn the difference.

And what has this got to do with your claim that "lock her up" did not make the news?

    Exactly.

After they spent (literally) YEARS screaming "Email" and "Lock Her Up" .

This overgrown debutante (Ebonker Drumpf) is literally so STUPiD that she didn't even understand the protocols.

This is what happens when you elect an UNPREPARED IMBECILE (like Trump) President, and he brings his LITTLE MORONS along for the ride.

The Trump Crime Family has done it AGAIN!

    Lil' Ebonker Drumpf? :roflol:

Republicans owned the whole enchilada and didn't indicting her even while they continued to chant "lock her up". No one knows who they wanted to lock her up. Why? Is the gripe value so much greater than the justice value?

Not at all as long as they have them for any FOIA requests. It would be a problem if they claimed that the emails didn't exist to avoid a FOIA request, refused to give them to the National Archives or deleted them without giving them to the National Archives.

There is another example of this. The State Department was caught in a situation where they were trying to avoid complying with a FOIA request where they actually did a search in their emails but the emails were in a private account. They said the information didn't exist. It was found out that they knew about the account but avoided searching it. They actually lied to a judge about it. Nobody was charged.

It isn't illegal to use email for govt business as long as it doesn't contain classified information and the docs are given to the National Archives. I sometimes would email information to my work email from my personal email but it never contained any sensitive information. Usually notes about contracts, meetings or negotiation proposals. Never anything with anyone's personal information or anything classified.

Here is a link with guidance for using private email and archiving requirements:
